Red Key is a really good item, maybe not for thid challenge but you can find ultra secret rooms with them, they have really good items like sacred heart, brimstone and magic mush. You've got to learn to use it though.
24:14 You know about the Secret Room and Super Secret room, this is your first Ultra Secret Room. It isn't connected to *any* rooms on the map and you need Red Key or similar items to be able to reach it. It contains many items from a special pool (basically anything that is red)
Blank rune is a rune that triggers a random rune effect and has a25% of spawning another one. It's pretty bad, but it also unlocks clear rune which is a secret room active item that spawns a rune on pickup and copies the effect of the rune or soul you're holding
@BeepBopTheIncredibleRobot no not really what I do is when you have a chance for a deal on a floor go for that first instead of getting any items because it makes most of the items of the floor register as devil / angel deals when you reroll

You should play the blood donation machine when there are a lot of hearts on the floor because you can get a lot of coins and maybe a blood bag
