Brother, cancer is the best trinket in the game. It breaks fire rate cap. The one that you got attached to because it gives lil Steven is baaaad. It has a chance to yoink you out of the room when you take damage which does reset the room you got yoinked from. And then you left cancer behind after smelting that one you liked. Boi. XD Also that first floor after you went through the photo door. it told you the other item was goat head. Which is cool that dream catcher can do that.

Brown creep is buffed if you throw certain poops on it, and it maintains all buffs until all poops are destroyed. A certain buff in particular is VERY strong and melts bosses. The creep itself also deals high damage on contact.

Tainted Blue Baby is in theory,one of the strongest characters in the game,but you have to learn all of cool interactions,and also avoid accidentally blowing yourself up
