The most underrated band in my opinion
Saw them years ago in NYC opening for Rise Against. No idea who they were at the time but holy shit did they start the show and warm people up for the rest of the sets. So much energy, emotion they put into their live performances there's nothing like finding a band live to research when you got home.
Saw them in sc as a teen was there for rise against but rancid and billy talent became favorites from then on

i was 11 years old the first time i listen to Billy Talent , and they single handedly gave me my love for music, the first band i really got into, and 15 years later here i am still getting nostalgic and emotional listening to this timeless band.

Even if it's longer I hope that it's okay ;'). It is one of the bands that was omnipresent during my puberty.
I SO love Benjamin's voice, very punk-styled, tinted with vulnerability. Makes him appear so strong to me. You know he's feeling it to the bone by the overall attitude. Gives me so much energy, overthrows and tremendous joy all at (/in) the same (space)time. The pleading tone here is appreciated too.
