I am very lucky, the thrift stores here are awesome!
I just found your channel and I am amazed at your knowledge of this glass. There are not too many people that know what maker it is by just looking.
I do a lot of shopping for people, I am a designer , so half my job is shopping lol 😆

Wish our thrift shops were as nice and organized as yours are . Prices -OMG deals for miles and on quality pieces . My Goodwill stores want retail prices , thrift stores , priced like antique malls . Love the thrill of the hunt but sticker shock , oh my .
Thrift stores should be good deals, otherwise why go?
Very nice dishes. A lot of people don't use good dishes too much anymore. They hardly sit down together for a meal 😢

I know right. A lot of my friends use paper plates, plasticware. I don't mind washing dishes.

I thrift most of my dishes. I get very beautiful dishes and use them everyday. If they break I don’t mind because I didn’t pay much for it. Plus it’s another reason to go thrifting.
I Believe things that we use for every day should be beautiful, not just for special occasion

Although I think the glass and china are breathtakingly beautiful, I'm more of an "earthy" girl. Pottery, stoneware, crockery, vintage wicker, rattan, tapestry - and of course, old wooden furniture! I actually squealed when i saw that dresser! 😂 I hope you were able to find him a good home. ❤

My husband learned something from your video, he didn't realize there were actual glass containers for putting food in your refridgerator. He really likes the candy dishes. I liked the Noritake china set and about everything else you found. I just kept saying, I want be there, I want to be there, you might need 3 carts and a moving van for the furniture.🤗

How do you know the difference between lead crystal and glass?
Crystal is cut, no seams , and it reflects the light creating a rainbow effect!

There are people there lol, but not many. Remember, I thrift small towns during the week. It's really not that hard to avoid filming people, as I find it rude. However, sometimes you do get a glimpse of other people.
