Haven't watched your vlogs for about a year, and I love these little insert clips you do know! (Like the pasta cooking). Also I recommend saving some pasta water and add it to the pan, so the sauce becomes creamier, hehe.

The carbonara isn’t creamy, because the cheese got too hot while cooking and coagulated. Try to keep the temp lower in order to get a creamier sauce.

Okay not sure if you’re wanting any carbonara suggestions so stop reading now if you don’t BUT add like a fourth of the cheese eggs mix at a time and stir really fast with a wooden spoon off the heat and it should be creamier! You can also reserve some pasta water to add to loosen up the sauce. And I usually do bacon on top after, and if you’re feeling it add a spoonful of the bacon grease to it and mix which also makes it creamier.

I don't think you're mature enough to date, given what I've heard today. Glad it turned out for you... or not? You're really going to put sit here and put a positive spin on it like that while saying you're going back to single dating (aka it was good, no awkward moment at all even and he still can't get a second date?). For real? I just hope you were honest with him in private because this BS is ridiculous. Unless you're saying he didn't want a second date... that last bit wasn't clear at all. If that were the case, I'm sorry, that must be really tough to need to tell your audience.
