@@ocminer I moved out the office recently and looked for a way how I can update the location. BTW, how long does it take a time to switch the LED color of the bob miner from yellow to green after "Assert Location"? or should I do pairing again using old blue helium wallet app?

Thank you. I just moved and plugged in at new location. Couldn't figure out why i wasn't earning. Then found I needed to assert my new location. The app says 0.000005 SOL. Didn't know I needed to use the old app for the move. This video helped a lot. Now we wait to see what the new rewards look like now that I've moved to another state.

Thankyou - this video is helpful. It does seem to take hours for the location to update in the explorer, once the new location is asserted.

Bobcat 300 says insuffant HNT on my bobber App
Do I need to do anything after I complete this or I should be good to go. Just let the miner do its thing? not sure how to check if its working at new location

that's why i couldn't change the type of antenna and elevation... needed DC also, thing is, none of the apps give this info and also when I asked about it on Helium discord, 3 times, I got the "known issue" answer... toxic

One question, do I have to put my hotspot in a hexagon that there is no other hotspot? Will I get more profit doing that? I also want to know how I know that I put myself in the correct exagon
You can only put the location of the hotspot within 150 ft I believe of your actual location
So they made it way worse than before, amazing. What should people do when they want to swap miner on the same location/hotspot? Replacing Bobcat with Sensecap.

When I get to the part in the Nebra app where I input the new address and hit the “set location” button. The button is greyed out and I can’t proceed. What does this mean?
I tried to replicate this with my hotspot but I am not getting the same issue. Please post this issue in the Helium Discord channel so they can get it resolved as soon as possible. Also, please keep me updated.
Hi I keep clicking on claim all rewards. The app says the rewards were sent to my wallet but I never see my rewards. Nothing happens. I've tried with wifi and regular 4g. Nothing. What's frustrating is that it keeps saying my account was credited with the rewards but when I click on the button to see all my miners nothing moved. How do I fix this? Thanks or duo may I ask for help
This is a new issue that I haven't seen yet. Please reach out to the official Discord so that the developers can see exactly what is going on here.
I need help. When I need to swap HNT for DC, the app says that I need some SOL to complete the transaction. When I click I accept to convert some HNT to sol for the fee, I click confirm and the transaction keeps failing. Any ideas?
Did you follow the steps exactly as I did in my video? If so then I would say you might have a bigger issue and should post this in the Helium Discord.

Sir, i followed your instruction and successfully updated my new location in Nebra app. But in the helium wallet, hotspot details shows the old location address. Does it take time to update the wallet information?

helium support see multiple successful location asserts for my hotspot (cause i am not sure doing correctly), and that is the case, then do not worry how it looks in wallet.
But he found that maybe noone is surrounding me so my hotspot is not being witnessed by anyone.
How much long i need to wait after asserting location? I asserted it couple hours ago and nothing happened.

When I changed my location, it was completed within a couple hours. I have heard others say it has taken longer. How does it look right now?

When i try it with wallet app it says your location is successfully asserted, but when I use blue Hotspot app it shows error.

You can use Hotspotty or HeliumGeek to track your hotspots daily performance going forward
I cant connect mine to wifi for some reason getting an error, any advice?
I actually run all mine through ethernet so I’m not sure. Are you able to connect it by ethernet cable?

can't even swap SOL to DC so can't move miner, wtf..
If you have SOL, you should be able to move your miner. Fees are in SOL so you should be good. If you can’t, please reach out to the Helium discord for further help. Also please keep me updated
@@ocminer this is so weird, i got $16 u.s in SOL and try to change the location and it just comes up with
"Unable to simulate. Make sure you trust this app since approving can lead to loss of funds"
I clearly got enough, this makes no sense at all..
trying through the helium app it says i have insufficient funds
it wants 0.00204428 sol
and says i have 0.725... yeah this thing goes in the bin lol

That’s so frustrating! Ever since this SOL migration, things work sometimes and other times they don’t. I just changed my location going through the Nebra app and it worked like in the video.
