- I purchase these Alpinestars Tech 7 Enduro Boots for safety and over all comfort. They fit like a glove and very cushioned. I am a US 10.5 size foot. I choose size 10 and the fit great. I have a narrow foot. It's best to wear a thicker sock. They have a LUG sole with 4 buckles placements. I have no trouble walking in them but I had to get use to switching gear shifter because I couldn't feel it at first. After a week in these boots, I have no problems. My feet stay very warm and cozy.

A lot of people do not know the gear shift lever can be adjusted up / down on all motorcycles. Also the brake pedal.
Thank you - good info. Have they started to break in and get a bit more flexible, making shifting easier? Would you agree that these offer about the most protection available (except for the 10's)? I want to buy the best protection.
Good review, for me I ride in the wet a lot, so I ordered it in a drystar, only thing is they've been on backorder for 8 months so far! can't wait to try them out!
Where are you located
@@travelingtiv I'm one hour north of the Montana Boarder, in Southern Alberta Canada 🇨🇦
Ordered some for messing around on my T7. Wanted more of an enduro/dirtbike boot and these check a lot of boxes. Hoping to get them in a couple days.
Yes. I've walked in theses boots for 3 days when I rode to Daytona Beach in the spring. Very comfortable boots
Is the red more on the orange side? Every photo or video I have seen makes it look orange. Thanks
yes more on the orange side
Hey
Does it make sense, to buy this „enduro“ boot, althrough i am mostly riding on the street and not offroad. For me it looks really nice and protektive.
Also is there a difference between this modell in the video and the ktm version (besides color)
Thank you for your respond
Hello Jimmy! I mostly ride 70% on the road and 30% Offroad. I purchased these for the protection and safety factor. Most nonfatel injuries are ankle, leg and feet. These are the most comfortable boots that I can walk in. It's easy the switch gears as well. Only this about these boots, they make squeeky noises. TIP I spray WD-40 on them. Works great. Thanks for the comment and questions.
Been riding with tech7 boots since 2008 big fan have had many pairs but I will say my boots I bought in 2021 have been the best yet comfortable flexible.
The safety and comfort of this boot is perfect. But I will consider getting something that's not so noisy. Lol. They squeek too much.
I agree with the squeaky I sprayed a little wd40 on the moving parts and there way better

How would you eliminate the Squeak?
Simply, by adjusting your straps and use WD-40 on the hinged ankle part. Plus it cleans them to.
@@travelingtiv Thanks for the tip.

Do they fit true to size?
No. People have stated that they are true to size. It’s like woman with wearing correct bra size. About 80% women wear the wrong bra size and don’t know it.
I wear a size 10.5 in all my boots, shoes. Keep in mind that Alpinestars are a European brand. I bought size 10.0 and they are Perfect for me. I don’t have a wide foot 🦶 either.
@@travelingtiv appreciate it boss
@@cristianSanchez-ln6pu anytime. I love my boots. Most comfortable durable boots I’ve worn.

What does 3 mean? Tech 3?
👍👍👍👍
Would you get the waterproof Tech 7 boots if you have to go through any water on the mountain or would these be fine?
These boots are great for everyday rides. I rode over 5k miles in these boots and plenty of rain. Yes, I would get the waterproof version based on the type of riding you do. With these boots, the inner lining comes out for quick drying. These aren't the most fashionable looking boots, but the protection is the most important. Believe me. It won't look good when your missing your foot from an accident.
