it is far better than previous cadre allocation,
almost it covers the the SVP's motto Steel Frame Of India.

Sir! Suppose, that there is insider vacancies in home cadre, then these vacancies are distributed for IAS & IPS in fixed ratio or what will happen if all insider vacancies are filled by IAS officers ??
There are different vaccancies for IAS AND IPS

No inter state transfer
No such transfer but, on deputation one can go to Delhi in ministries for few years. No permanent posting on deputation
IAS/IPS...
Can go on central deputation and work in other state( but actually it is a zone under the department ). Aprt from that you can go to your homestate and work for 4years in entire service.

सर क्या upsc फॉर्म फिल करने के समय अपने नाम में Er. या इंजीनियर लगा सकते है। क्यों की मेरा इंजीनियरिंग कंप्लीट हो गया है। तो एग्जाम में आधार चेक होता है। तो आधार कार्ड कर नाम के आगे Er. नहीं लगा है तो क्या एग्जाम देने देगा। प्लीज रिप्लाई।

Sir if only one UR IAS is applying for home cadre where none from that state gets(qualifies) IAS rank while the insider for UR is zero. Will the UR IAS get home cadre since the total insider is more than one?
Sir, I'm from west bengal. I watched your upsc cadre allocation videos. It made me clear about some aspects of recruiting the vacancies of different posts. In the year 2019, west bengal PSC conducted a clerkship exam of three posts namely secretariat, directorate and regional but while doing service allocation, the commission filled up a large number of reserved vacancies by the reserved candidates of higher ranks from the unreserved quota to provide them higher choices and they didn't maintain any vacant seats to retrive the deprived candidates of reserved quota of lower ranks. Thus approximately 450+ candidates who were in the vacancy position in the reserved quota couldn't get their placements. Unreserved vacancies were 2971 but according to this post preference rule near about 3450+ candidates of unreserved category got the job which means the percentage violation occurs here. How do you see the matter sir? Please reply. What should we do? Whether we should take legal actions or the commission were right in this case? Please inform sir. Thank you.

Strange.. aur sab ke sab home cader ur se belong karte ha..aur dopt meh likha ha..insider 0 🤔 2019 ka 1 insider aya.. jaha 2019 meh 2 select ho gaye ur meh home cader mil gaya kaise?
