There is a mistake in this video in exchange system, where an insider general seat will only be converted to ST or SC or OBC only if outsider vacancy of ST or SC or OBC is there in that particular cadre when general eligible insider candidates are less than the insider vacancies. Please consider that.

My question is, Can we have this Government data regarding number of seats in various cadres or zones and in different categories, means Do government releases such data to public, prior to preference filling by candidate so that the choice filling process by the candidate can be done in a smarter manner and probably in a way enhancing extent of certainty regarding allocation..

Cadre ke baare me sochna hi nahi chaiye. Kidhar bhi bhejo chalega. Home cadre to dena hi nahi chaiye. Aur sabko ias label dena chaiye. IAS ko IAS-G, IPS ko IAS-P, IRS ko IAS-R, IFS ko IAS-F, IFoS ko IAS-Fo, IES ko IAS-E and so on... Aisa nomenclature karna chaiye. Sabhi services me administration kiya jata hai lekin IAS ke karan baki service wale khud ko inferior samjhate hai. Sabko IAS in their respective areas kahna chaiye.

Har bande ko jo ias/or anyother services me select hota hai koi bhi cadre de dena chahiye aur jha kaam efficiently krne ki baat hai to aisa krna chahiye like har 5 yr me kisi ko north se south me dal do agar wo kaam nhi krta shi se aur ye sab ek point measuring committee bna ke centre se hona chahiye and fix kar dena chahiye ki x/total is limit for being in his allocated cadre otherwise after 5 yr for next 5 yr duty shifted from up to andhra .
Using this technique sbko mnchaha cadre milega aur sab acche se kaam krenge kisi bhi haalat me .

Thanks for the knowledge shared sir I have a question if central services are controlled by Central then why people do not go for such services rather then IAS or IPS where state politics plays an important role
IAS and IPS are the babies of colonial rule. They get more perks and privileges when compared to central service officers, that's why.

Sir, do candidates with selective preference will be considered last after outsider vacancies are filled? As you have divided Cadre allocation procedure in four parts which suggests that selective cadre preferers are considered fourth after insider, exchange system and outsiders are done?
