Thank you!!!!! This exercise fits right in with my exploration of laughter yoga exercise providing an alternative way to release energy that ordinarily/unconsciously would be expressed as sadness, anger, self-pity, etc. Laughter is a lot more FUN!!!!! 🙏😊
Thank you for sharing! Keep laughing!
Laughter makes a heart merry Like medicine Jesus said that in his presence is the fullness of joy and that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God 👟❤️📖📖📖✝️

Ya I am a fan of Ellen
This video made me grin reaaally wide. (+: Hahaha, yay! As a new yoga instructor, I plan to be doing some laughter exercises like this at the beginning of class. It really will help the class connect with their inner child, and maybe help them go into the practice feel elated. Thanks for sharing.
I'm so glad! You can jump in the online training at any time. We have a special weekend coming up November 6-7 so you'll want to join before then if you can. Here's the link for more info: laughactive.com/product/certified-laughter-yoga-leader-online-training/
Thank you for sharing the fantastic video! Great exercises! :)
Sharing Laughter is such an honour
This is also excellent for those resisting the urge to drink because urges actually only last a few minutes. The come back too but everytime you use this to resist it gets easier.
Great insight Bill! I agree. Addiction is the result of inappropriate attention on an object. If we can drop the attention on the object, we drop the addiction. Laughter helps. I am sober myself. Celebrating a year on August 29! I once worked with a group of 40 sober men at a retreat. It was a powerful experience. Keep it up!
@@laughactive Thank you. Great to hear, hopefully I will get there too!
@@TheQueposfan you will! Keep it up!
Clapping is a very Good Exercise when we do for others to Encourage or Appreciate them.
Yeah, I didn't think I could induce laughter but it sounded natural.
Hi Miss! Im Ms. Hannah, a special educator here in Dubai. I just want to ask what are the benefits of laugher yoga for kids with special needs and with normal kids too? Hoping for your response regarding this. Thank you :-)
Sarah C. It helps children and adults to get in touch with feelings of self love and to not take ourselves an life so serious... Just try it... It works!
Can help with co regulation, mirroring social skills, motor planning, upper body coordination, mindfulness,
Thanku you, clapping and laughing is best exercise for our whole body and we remain fresh and sadness♥️
Yes it is! Keep clapping and laughing!

That's the best way 😁
LOL. I LOVE IT.
Oxygen is the greatest medicine. Oxygen through Yoga or laughing or even active snoring, oxygen feeds the cells which in turn help maintain or even heal the body. One point I disagree on is your claim that laughter real or forced offers the same benefit. I've discovered forced laughter comes from aggressive emotion while true laughter comes from the deepest realms of the Soul. The body may respond the same but the spirit is now negatively charged. With real laughter the spirit is healed also. Thanks for the video I enjoyed playing along. Peace.
yaaaaaaaaay lol
Thank you 😊 gives a lot of relief.
+Rupam Malakar you are welcome! Thank you!

Superb
Hi I am a big fan
RIVA Tick !
This video made me smile and laugh. But you can’t force yourself to laugh 😂
I thought that too, but it is easy and now even before I pretend to laugh a huge smile comes to my face. And I feel so very much better afterward. I also use it to shut down my urges to drink alcohol because urges go away quickly when one gets distracted. If you believe you can not force yourself to laugh I honestly think you are not trying.
💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
What is the 4th laughter exercise?
Hey there! The 4th step is the laughter exercises themselves! Here are some examples: ruclips.net/video/45GfwQgerOA/видео.html

What if I only have one arm? Ho, ho, ha, ha, ha. Seriously, I like this laughter therapy. I felt it in just a few seconds. But, i do have a bum shoulder.
Go point! We work with a lot of elders who have mobility issues, especially with shoulders. Some of them clap their hands on their thighs. Laughter feels good and is good for us. Keep laughing!
This doesn’t look like yoga 🧘♀️
Then call it something else, call is synthetic laughter, but try it.
🤣🤣🤣
