All the content presented is my own(due credits to authors and poets wherever quoted).
Music - Royalty Free from Bensound and Rabab version of Despacito(ending).
Listening to this in the context of current political atmosphere of India with CAA/NRC protest, Delhi riots and 370 abrogation, nothing has changed since Faiz wrote it. It is as relevant today as it was back then.
Great effort. Subh e Azadi is as valid today as it was back in 1947

Hearing the beautiful poem, while sky has started showering it's emotions in the form of white, cold petals of snow... It z still "cold" here...

I hope 'the destination will be reached very soon" . Peace to Kashmir
I have a poem for this -
I hope you like it. I wrote it for my dear Kashmir friend.
Kashmir Snow
Snow as stars
Falling to be picked as flowers
New constellations blanketing
Ruby hearts and Sapphire smiles.
Snow as flakes of heaven
Landing full of promise.
By Francess.
Beautiful, Frances. :)
Thank you 'Kashmir and me'.
I pray for peace in your beautiful land and am sorry to learn of the betrayal of 1947 and the start of Partition. All I can say is there is no Partition with God who is Love and Light and Oneness in Love for Peace and may His Love come to bring healing for All Nations in accord with His Promise very, very soon. Such beautiful poetry but too much pain and where there is pain poetry transcends weapons and war. The pen is indeed mightier than the sword and lasts forever. 💖
