    @scottybNe Thanks for your questions.
    The wire should be bent down at a 45 - 60 degree angle, straight back, in line with the rest of the wire. It shouldn't be bent to either side. If it is sticking out to either side it can cause the bait to track to one side or the other. The entire wire frame should be in near-perfect alignment.

    Paint should only be applied to the head of the bait. Paint on the upper wire will cause the blade to bind up and not allow it to spin freely. Scrape unwanted paint from the upper wire arm and the blade should spin with no problems.

    @lureparts .. thank you for the response. I did not paint the upper arm where the blade, bead ect goes. I did however paint the lower arm. also I bent the wire behind the rivots up instead of the angle you showed in your video. I was just wondering if the extra paint or the way i bent the wire would be what is causing the bait to track to the left. The frames seem to be in almost perfect alignment.

    @scottybNe The paint on the lower arm shouldn't cause tracking problems. Having the wire behind the rivet bent up instead of down could cause this to happen. I would suggest bending it down, or try making another buzzbait and bend that one down to see if it works better. Also, painting the lower wire isn't necessary, so I would skip this on all future baits that you make :)

    A quick question. Does it matter which way I bend the arm down behind the rivot? And also, I have painted all my buzzbait heads and went ahead and painted the main shank arm as well as the head. Is this wrong to do? My baits look great but the first couple I tried are tracking to the left pretty bad and Im wondering what I need to change . Any advice would be appreciated. Thank You very much
