My best advice during the first three to four months it’s s good thing to invest in a home help cleaner espically if you have no friends or family.the money is well spent because it’s giving you one less thing to worry about. Another thing is two to three months before if you can batch cook and use the freezer as back up, when I gad my third child he is two now I had two older kids too so one my mum took as he was potty trained etc and one my husband had to look after,I separated two draws with thier day/ night clothes and other bits and peace’s. As I knew washing was not going to happen. It was five days lol but it meant there was no struggle for my husband. Men should actually ask themselves be inclusive with these tasks and not think it’s a woman’s rule.in our culture a lady does nothing for 40 whole days just bed rest as body needs time to relax and heel. Any help you have to trust sometimes others to step in. And my most valuable advice forget tv forget social media etc as this time should be about you and your baby. When you have others looking after your needs you can focus on doing the routine in place if you can switch off from the world only then will you connect with your child throughly
