It seems like there are a lot of people, me included, going through the same awakening this Spring and having a different, more inward focus as the days begin to warm up. I liked your analogy of filling our own glass first and then letting it overflow to others. It’s true that only then can we truly be of help to others.

Thank you so much for your honesty about your emotions. I have been feeling so much of the same. The last few days I've been looking at real estate, and feeling like I need a change. In reality, the issue isn't where I am physically, but where I am mentally. Mental health, and finding joy in the present, is so important. Trying to cope with major life changes due to my health, and the financial strain it has created as well. Taking time now to focus on my many blessings, and taking one day at a time. Beautiful video. Ally, This video RADIATED from your heart. I could FEEL it. I am glad to hear that you honored yourself and took the time for deep and personal reflection, these last month. Winter is for hibernation and that includes us humans, too! Your authenticity sparkled throughout this viewing and I LOVED it! You do not ever need to apologize for taking care of yourself; although, for my selfish reasons, I missed you, and sensed that you were going through something big. Slowing down, feeling grounded and honoring our precious selves is the only way we can fill our vessel fully. My yoga mentor illuminated this for me. We can only give to other until we feed our own hungry hearts. You are a beautiful, young woman and I love seeing your "old" soul shine through. I have to say that I think this is one of my favs of your videos, not that I don't love and enjoy all of your videos, but I can see a difference in your face - it's soft and accepting. BEAUTIFUL! You're evolving precious one.
On a separate note, I would love to know what you used to cook your chicken and what ingredients you put in your salad dressing.

What you said about the spring after the winter, is actually a really wonderful thing to think on when mediating. I don’t really meditate per say myself, but I pray and when I’m in a terrible winter, I look around at the majesty all around us, and thank God, and put my trust in Him to make a beautiful clay pot out of me that is overflowing😅😌 It’s kind of a mind ninja thing at first, when you’re really going through something, but it totally works😆

Hi Ally! Just FYI, I watched a report on the air fryers because I want to buy one. They say get a stainless steel basket because the plastic inside them leaches toxic chemicals. Thought you would want to know that because of your natural lifestyle. ❤️ Be well. Be happy. 😊
So true! I have one with 2 stainless steel grates that I purchased 1/2 off at Ben bath & beyond & it is huge! I later learned my convection oven that is an option in my big oven is better and cooks much more evenly. I read an article to be aware that cooking chicken in an air fryer isn’t even and a lot of people are getting sick because they are eating half cooked chicken. Please be safe. 🙏🏻🙏🏻Blessing’s

I think the jury is out on air fryers, but I think it is just a heating source that cooks the food by circulation of hot air... 🤓
No difference to an
insta pot, fan oven, pressure cooker or a box oven even...it's all about how the heat is distributed in order to cook food.
I don't use any of them, I only use cast iron, Dutch ovens and gas, but thats me 😁
