Yes, they do communicate. Pero sabi ko nga "mabibilang" (very minimal). Try to watch other doubles game and you'd see the big difference. Kahit during intervals (when the leading score reaches 11 points), very limited to none ang pag-uusap nila. I play badminton doubles so I understand that there are non-verbal forms of communication. I don't mean to sound like an expert...but in this level of competition, they need to be more vocal :-)
