André Dudatt Well dubai has 14 lane highways and 8 lane roads in downtown dubai so really isnt traffic we traveled to dubai really isnt that much traffic los angeles its just 8 lane highways and 4 lane roads in downtown but i agree every metropolis has traffic

East LA is usually a bit cheaper than West LA. East LA includes downtown and some parts of Hollywood etc. West LA is more of a beachy neighborhood, like Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, etc. But there are also cheaper but not so nice areas, where crime is also quite high, like South LA or South Central.
The freeways are LA's veins, the cars, it's people flowing through them to every corner of this great city. I miss it. Hope to come back home to go roaming no more.
