- A former warden at the federal women's prison in Dublin is now headed to prison himself for sexually abusing inmates. Ray Garcia was sentenced to five years and 10 months in prison, but that was much less than what prosecutors and his victims were hoping for.

2yrs I don’t think so. Yes he should have gotten more. But the federal system has an %85 system. So he will do more than 2 yrs. And yes that sux.
This isn’t real accountability and is a joke. People like him get away with everything. I hope his wife divorces him and his family disowns him. He’s excuses are bs and he ain’t sorry. Blaming the victims he chose to abuse them. I hope those women sue for that pension and all assets for a remedy in civil court!

Wtf $15000 split between only two victims hey since Newsome wants to make laws to punish firearms manufacturers ammo manufacturers for selling firearms that individuals use on their own evil actions ; wtf can’t we the people go after those who sent the victims to prison based on broken laws ? Those that stood by while this occurred?! I’ve been to prison and let me tell you out there who don’t know…. It is quite difficult for any to find one on one especially between officers and inmates. Wake up people they wanna take your second amendment so that things like this will go unpunished. When tyranny becomes law rebellion becomes duty!
