I did this as an add-on today after a leg routine. I was so worried that I will not be able to complete it and was almost about to not do it in the first place. But, at the same time I also felt determined to at least attempt, even if that meant I would have to do some of them with lower weight or body-weight only. I am SO glad that I did not give up before trying. I completed the routine that too with almost the same weight I usually use for legs. This was challenging yet doable because of the 10 reps and 20s rest between every exercise. Killer but achievable! I LOVED this. I truly am so glad I did this! Please keep posting more routines/challenges just like this one that could be used as add-on!
I did the walk squats with 40lbs weight it was a killer. The wall squats was murder but I loved it. Great work boss. I determine to push through. Thank you boss appreciate you. 😊
I have a bad knee. I used much lighter weights and went slow and careful. I've been using redlight and ice on my knees along with yoga they are getting a lot more manageable. (I couldn't walk 6 weeks ago from another injury after my reconstructive surgery. Just letting you know to stick with it and don't give up. Modify and self care are key.)
Just combined the 15 min extreme pushout workout with this workout for a full workout. Mannnnn it was no joke. Keep up the good work.

Seems you are getting a little softer in your idea of "difficult." Going back to the original Shred and Shred 2.
