    Let's be honest, your push-up challenge was awesome and now you're topping it with your Squad challenge 🔝We don't even want to talk about the wal sit, they really got the most out of me I found the combination to be excellent again. What I also like about this video is that you can repeat it over and over again and change the weights individually. 👋👍
    Now all we need is an abs challenge😂

    I did this as an add-on today after a leg routine. I was so worried that I will not be able to complete it and was almost about to not do it in the first place. But, at the same time I also felt determined to at least attempt, even if that meant I would have to do some of them with lower weight or body-weight only. I am SO glad that I did not give up before trying. I completed the routine that too with almost the same weight I usually use for legs. This was challenging yet doable because of the 10 reps and 20s rest between every exercise. Killer but achievable! I LOVED this. I truly am so glad I did this! Please keep posting more routines/challenges just like this one that could be used as add-on!

    I did the walk squats with 40lbs weight it was a killer. The wall squats was murder but I loved it. Great work boss. I determine to push through. Thank you boss appreciate you. 😊

      He’s doing ten reps of the exercise and then you rest for whatever time is left on the timer.

      I have a bad knee. I used much lighter weights and went slow and careful. I've been using redlight and ice on my knees along with yoga they are getting a lot more manageable. (I couldn't walk 6 weeks ago from another injury after my reconstructive surgery. Just letting you know to stick with it and don't give up. Modify and self care are key.)
