Nice job!! About time someone did this type of informative program for drivers. I see so much wrong doing by drivers that could cause serious fatal accidents.
Also, if you and the driver directly across from you arrive at the same time and you are turning right and they are turning left, then you have the right of way (right turn over left turn). Well, I don't actually know about Florida, but that's the way it is in every state I've lived in. And finally, I know it seems like you're being helpful when you wave someone through or let them go first, but it's not helpful to drivers who aren't in on that conversation... just follow the order of rights of way and if you want to feel courteous, just give your fellow drivers a little hand wave and smile as you pass by.

That golf cart (actually a utility vehicle) is allowed on sidewalks that are 5 feet wide or more
I was told by a police officer a complete stop is a 4 second stop. (a count of 4 one thousands)
TV trooper teaches us all about how to survive driving in Florida. How about New Jersey! Drivers there are NUTS.
