I have to be honest, I have my days when I get like that but usually when I watch my own video, or listen to some of my favorite music, I get the strength to get up and do something for myself to make me feel better. I don’t tie the knots. I have done it where I braid at least one all the way down on camera. I just can’t remember which video.

How do you determine, how much hair to use per braid ?
If you take them out previously to braiding your hair like I did, you can manage the size easily. That’s what I was showing in the beginning at 0:39
