I just don't get why they didn't check behind her after she'd already outright lied earlier in the game

It's still possible that Arasha did see the rest of the card and didn't say anything, but it's also possible she genuinely didn't notice. Either way, it's not quite the clear cut picture most other folks have painted

I love Munchkin and I love how excited Angela got as the game progressed. You NEED to play more of it. When everyone knows what they are doing and the luck is more evenly distributed, the game can get so intense. It's ripe for good content.
commenting before i watch i just wanna say this is a god tier thumbnail. excellent balance of the tried and true thumbnail faces and big text, shaking it up a lil with the funny clip art and unusual font choice. even the "HOW COULD SHE?" feels much more specific than usual vague thumbnail phrases like (literally just looking at my recommended next to this video) "THIS WAS A BAD IDEA" "PAIN" "TRY HARDER". smosh editors genuinely do a fantastic job on thumbnail design, way more thought goes into them than other channels. its a small thing but it makes a difference on clicks and stuff. good work smosh editors, we stan smosh editors. smeditors.

Arasha is a menace once again. There's at least 3 occasions I watched her pick up her treasure cards and then play them the same turn against the monster she didn't beat yet. As someone who plays Munchkin for the deception, I'm all here for it.

As someone who is also considers Munchkin to be a favorite game, I love the chaos of mixing the different boxes of munchkin to make extra busted games. Sometimes we go up to higher levels to compensate for how many moving parts there are. I play currently with base set, nightmare before Christmas, marvel, and adventure time
Please bring out more munchkin content I love this game and it’s also one of my favorites for sure. It’s sadly not very known and you guys could make it a lot more popular than it is now! It’s a hidden gem for sure!
Munchkin is my all-time favorite card/board game, so I love to see them playing this. I do think it’s funny how often they do things that are not correct. Angela should have the Really Impressive Title for the rest of the game, it’s not a One Shot. But she also can’t equip items while in combat. They also allowed multiple people to help in a single combat, which you can’t do.
The true Munchkin experience, one or two players get all the upgrades while everyone else gets screwed by RNG. Also Arasha highkey cheating with those Kneepads of Allure, they say a person of a *higher level* can't refuse, Angela was equal. Not to mention that you just straight up can't win with them xD The way she said, "no player with a level *pause* can refuse your request" xD
She was also trying to buy levels through cards and item selling to win. Kinda feels like they should do a bit more to make sure the players fully understand the rules before playing live.

I don't think they read that knee pads of allure card right. It states on it you cannot gain the winning level in combat where your helper was compelled by the knee pads. So she would NOT have won the game with this. For being Spencers favorite game, I don't think he reads the cards fully else he'd have known Arasha wouldn't have won by using that item.

I think ya'll forgot a lot of the rules or made some house ones. You normally can't use level up cards after drawing them it has to be at the beginning of your turn. Really impressive title +3 is static, not a one time use, you also can't do anything after getting a curse after kicking down the door but that can be a house rule. It's also not technically not an item, it can only be removed via death basically. Ya nerfed Angela!
@bonkdonk9125 the curse thing is fine, imo. I always tell people they can still loot the room after getting a curse. But not doing charity is really annoying. It makes the game SO much worse for those who are behind. I felt so bad for Amanda.
Rereading the rules and you definitely CAN loot the room or look for trouble if you kick open the door to a curse. The only time you can't loot the room is if you kick open the door to a monster. Sounds like you and your friends were playing munchkin hardmode!
You can use go up a level card whenever you want, even during combat. I like to pretty exclusively use them mid combat. You wanna be low level in case a big monster with a "won't pursue level 4 and below players" etc appears. But if I need the combat strength it's a nice +1 to add to any combat. You can even play them on other people and make high level monsters pursue them

I don't think they read that knee pads of allure card right. It states on it you cannot gain the winning level in combat where your helper was compelled by the knee pads. So she would NOT have won the game with this. For being Spencers favorite game, I don't think he reads the cards fully else he'd have known Arasha wouldn't have won by using that item.

@@cresialuc they ended that rule because it makes for toxic gameplay. As you saw here with Arasha. Like she won by cheating and was still kind of a sore winner.
@@RoninRose541 as long as it was in good spirits and the game was light hearted amongst the people playing (with house rules or not), i feel like i enjoyed it even more! especially since i feel like the crew realized that she lied and kept it in the video for shits and giggles

I think ya'll forgot a lot of the rules or made some house ones. You normally can't use level up cards after drawing them it has to be at the beginning of your turn. Really impressive title +3 is static, not a one time use, you also can't do anything after getting a curse after kicking down the door but that can be a house rule. It's also not technically not an item, it can only be removed via death basically. Ya nerfed Angela!
they had no charity phase, or looted the wrong card when looting the room etc
@bonkdonk9125 the curse thing is fine, imo. I always tell people they can still loot the room after getting a curse. But not doing charity is really annoying. It makes the game SO much worse for those who are behind. I felt so bad for Amanda.
Rereading the rules and you definitely CAN loot the room or look for trouble if you kick open the door to a curse. The only time you can't loot the room is if you kick open the door to a monster. Sounds like you and your friends were playing munchkin hardmode!
You can use go up a level card whenever you want, even during combat. I like to pretty exclusively use them mid combat. You wanna be low level in case a big monster with a "won't pursue level 4 and below players" etc appears. But if I need the combat strength it's a nice +1 to add to any combat. You can even play them on other people and make high level monsters pursue them
