Information aside, you are such a great speaker! No filler words, everything was smooth & cohesive, very logical to follow... I can see why you've had a lot of success!

Great info. I like the way you break everything down into readily identifiable patterns with matching processes.

Thank you for your videos! Very insightful. However, I don't quite understand how you combine using CRM and a project manager like Asana, without having to retype some of the info. Could you give some insight on what you use each system for exactly? What do you use each for? Which info goes in which, (when it comes to strictly real estate related, not marketing tasks).
    Many thanks!

It's helpful to think of these as two activities. CRM is for communicating with clients. Asana tells you when to communicate with clients and who, and what to say.

Thank you for this! Question: What about people who have no interest in buying or selling right now? Should they stay on the D action plan? If they are open to sharing their contact information and take my card, I’d still want a plan to keep in touch with them…so that I’m top-of-mind if someone mentions real estate to them. Thoughts?

Do not use LIONDESK, we tried to migrate to it and lost two weeks of my life! HORRIBLE!!!

What CRM do you use? There are so many options out there. I don't even know where to start.

There's just not one answer other than "the best is the one you use!" I use Follow Up Boss. Many of my MAA agents use KVCore or Command because it's covered in their fees. Just depends.
