That APC I swear was shown more recently with its textures much closer to completion, the red unfinished texturing version has been there almost since launch.
Genuinely thought Infinite was gonna be the "MCC" for the future even complete with campaign DLCs handled like how MCC does it. The whole sandbox would've also been easily upgraded if they just changed their philosophy of CQC maps or whatever like especially BTB stuff.
Dog the vehicles just need to be way stronger and the graphics sucks compared to even older halo games, also animations need to be better, that’s kinda all I really dislike about the game really.
I wish the wildlife had been as immersive as the original trailer, some hunting dungeoning and more biomes would have made the campaign unique for Halo
What's sad is that trailer was released when the game was in its white-box phase: basically nothing in that trailer had been implemented yet, and it was up to 343 to catch up. 343 didn't even make the trailer, it was an outside studio. As much as people hate on 343, Microsoft shares equal blame.

Gameplay wise it is indeed the best one, at the least shooting, movement, vehicles, enemy and art style, it's genuinely good on that part, it's kinda sad that most people ignore this. Seriously I think the most underrated part of Infinite is it's soundtrack, did y'all ever hear it? It's straight up so good, especially the Endless Theme. Not that I disagree with the complaints tho, this game could also have had a much better support, especially content and technical wise. The menus take so long to load and finding matches takes FOREVER.
This *should* have been the best halo yet. The game did so much right. But it was the high level decisions that ruined it. Most mismanaged game release I have ever seen. What a blunder.
Why invest in making campaign DLC when you can make a single armor bundle in 0.0001% of the time and sell it for the same price? And now we're not even getting new multiplayer content, just selling us the same shades of blue for $10. Gaming is headed in a really dark direction. Once the execs taste the profits there's no turning back.

I really hope somebody goes over all the cut content from Infinite’s campaign, specifically. Because I keep hearing that Infinite’s campaign/story had almost as much stuff cut or things changed as H2’s but I can’t find any concrete details.

It's really frustrating to think this game could have all these unique things that would have brought it alot closer to the amount of unique content in past games.. I still hold out hope 🙏 someday if not in infinite then in another but it's a huge missed opportunity to not put the name INFINITE to use by actually continuing to put stuff into the game & beef it upright
So many people talk about how good the "Infinite Sandbox" is. I think the grapple is very unoriginal. It might as well be from a different game altogether. Vehicles could have been much better. The guns could have been much better. The equipment could have been much better.
Finally uninstalled halo infinite yesterday. The match composer has killed the game. I would rather take 3-5 minutes to find a game, than get into these matches I have been in, love how every server feels bad but a different bad each time.
For sure, one of the og lego sets for Halo Infinite teased a unsc boat type vehicle, which made my mind think of a Halo version of Wake Island from Battlefield.
To think we’ll never get a Cadet White coating in Infinite is actually hilariously sad Even if we do it would have taken over 2 years for a simple white shader… It irks me that it’s not an oversight too They know 100% that the community wanted just a plain white coating and the one they gave us in the Season 5 Pass was all scuffed up/rusted and in my opinion, basically unusable. (Unless you were going for that kind of aesthetic)

Infinite's will be something like "oh, yeah the one that had a ton of potential that 343 fumbled miserably", or "that one that played well but most of the content was e-shop cosmetics". Forge is awesome, but ultimately there are much bigger negative talking points surrounding the game that it will be known for.

Vehicles maps and weapons are not Balanced at all. Halo infinite is a nostalgic game & it's gameplay and game types lack.

When the map with the most love and easter eggs in it is a prefabricated office building, and individual colours and numbers are monetized, you know something is fundamentally wrong with the company. They should let Marty O'Donnell run the company for 18 months. I bet he'd manage to get an ODST style DLC out. Edit: You know. A storyline that doesn't involve the Master Chief surviving a nuclear bomb detonating in his face whilst he has his hands around it because of Cortana's love for him.
Important to note that the APC vehicle was shown with new textures a while ago, I can't remember the exact source but it's closer to the falcon and banished gravity hammer shotgun in terms of progress visually the last time it was shown.
Hurts so bad. I would've loved to see the mammoth in the Halo Infinite's open world at some point. Load up 10 marines, drive vehicles into the holding bay, and equip the racks in the Mammoth with all the weapons you'll need for your mission. Could've been freaking brilliant.

I think it has to be bureaucracy. I.e. you *could* get one guy, give him a weekend, and he'll add the 99.99% finished falcon to maps and stuff. BUUUT you need to get the clearance from your team leader, who needs to get the clearance from the manager, who needs to get the clearance from corporate, and each step requires like a desk-full of paperwork, and a week of waiting each step. And corporate will likely say "NO" because if it diverts even a modicum of effort away from nickel-and-diming people with new shop cosmetics to line their pockets, they aren't interested. Nobody is allowed to just...do stuff. They need it to be cleared all the way to the top, which takes forever, involves a ton of paperwork, and is at the mercy of a corporate suit who doesn't even play video games.
Contractor's time was probably up! But seriously, I can't believe Microsoft let two of their biggest franchises, Halo and Forza Motorsport, 1) Fail miserably 2) take 6 years to develop 3) waste a bunch of money and time on development INSTEAD of just paying people benefits, most likely halving development time AND delivering a product that will thrive for years. Load each mission seperate with no in-between roaming. 😏Halo 3/Halo 3:ODST/Halo: Reach were the last worth while Halo games made. Halo 4 was ok and would have been fine if 343 had stuck to it and didn't change so much in Halo 5. Halo Infinite should have been built similar to Borderlands if ya ask me mainly plenty to do, long ass story line, 🤔maybe a weapons attachments system or rarity system? More weapons and vehicles to compensate for the large amounts of roaming? There's so many ways it could have been improved upon and yet we're stuck with something people only play for the multiplayer experience. Even then COD has it beat in every way.
Surprised you didn't cover any of the maps. I wanted that avalanche remake. This game needed more open BTB maps. It's such a shame so much was cut. The banished trooper vehicle is huge and can be found destroyed in the campaign. So much potential... I still love Infinite. I just wish MS and 343 had also.
I think halo could desperately use a CPU usage optimization, a BTB battlefield large conquest sized map would be cool but I’m worried it’s going to max out my cpu usage more then the actual battlefield game does. Already on large forge maps is my i7 hitting 88 percent usage
I wish 343 can get a development team to make a Halo Infinite developer's cut-like update where they add biomes and animals to the campaign with all the cool weapons. I would also like a Far Cry 5 way to take down enemies like each boss has a section of the map where they control something and the Chief destroys them before fighting the boss. But I don't want a Far Cry 5 ending where all the outcomes are bad, I want a ending where the Chief fights and ends Aritox instead of a cliff hangers an ending. I really wish that could happen.
God, I remember when some lego Halo toys came out early in Halo Infinites marketing cycle and contained a boat vehicle. Kinda made me think Infinite was gonna be more in the scope of a Battlefield game then what we ended up geting :/ Well, hope for the next game I suppose...

It was cut so late in development; you can find destroyed Skiffs in campaign (maybe intended as basically a ground-based phantom, imagine patrols of Skiffs roaming the open world!) and there was a Megabloks toy based on it released.

You've now lost a follower. If you're going to say something, then stick to it. These people and the people similar to the dev you're criticizing would have no problem coming for you personally if they felt it would further their narrative. Regardless of that your post wasn't attacking that person and had valid points. 343 could of designed vehicles and maps a lot better. We could of had an Elephant and made that vehicle into a gametype. Elephant sits in the middle of the map and the 1st team to drive it to there base wins. Like king of the hill but the hill moves. Sadly no even what we have. In infinite is really bad. Vehicles maps and weapons are not Balanced at all. Halo infinite is a nostalgic game & it's gameplay and game types lack.
I love the gausshog and was a bit sad it wasn't added. I know some people don't like it bc unlimited ammo, so what if in the next game they add it as a useable power weapon?
343 is a company filled with lazy pieces of garbage for not including a single one of these items. It should take a week AT MOST per item shown in this video to be released.

Reminder that they released an "in engine" trailer for this game that was completely CGI, then released the game as a beta and have been charging ridiculous prices for basic armor colors for a game that never left beta
It sucks that no major game publication has called them out to their face and ask them why have they killed the franchise and why do they hate their fans .
If 343 won't add thus, they need to allow molded support so we can add it ourselves, infinite has a good flow to the gameplay and I hate seeing it waisted

When the map with the most love and easter eggs in it is a prefabricated office building, and individual colours and numbers are monetized, you know something is fundamentally wrong with the company. They should let Marty O'Donnell run the company for 18 months. I bet he'd manage to get an ODST style DLC out.
Edit: You know. A storyline that doesn't involve the Master Chief surviving a nuclear bomb detonating in his face whilst he has his hands around it because of Cortana's love for him.
Important to note that the APC vehicle was shown with new textures a while ago, I can't remember the exact source but it's closer to the falcon and banished gravity hammer shotgun in terms of progress visually the last time it was shown.
And this is why I will never buy another 343 game.
Hurts so bad. I would've loved to see the mammoth in the Halo Infinite's open world at some point. Load up 10 marines, drive vehicles into the holding bay, and equip the racks in the Mammoth with all the weapons you'll need for your mission. Could've been freaking brilliant.

Honestly pisses me off, because this stuff could be finished by a modder or three, and a fucking AAA company can't pry their collective heads out of their rear.
I think it has to be bureaucracy. I.e. you *could* get one guy, give him a weekend, and he'll add the 99.99% finished falcon to maps and stuff. BUUUT you need to get the clearance from your team leader, who needs to get the clearance from the manager, who needs to get the clearance from corporate, and each step requires like a desk-full of paperwork, and a week of waiting each step. And corporate will likely say "NO" because if it diverts even a modicum of effort away from nickel-and-diming people with new shop cosmetics to line their pockets, they aren't interested.
Nobody is allowed to just...do stuff. They need it to be cleared all the way to the top, which takes forever, involves a ton of paperwork, and is at the mercy of a corporate suit who doesn't even play video games.
Pretty sure there is also the Brute Shot and Spiker in the game files.

But seriously, I can't believe Microsoft let two of their biggest franchises, Halo and Forza Motorsport, 1) Fail miserably 2) take 6 years to develop 3) waste a bunch of money and time on development INSTEAD of just paying people benefits, most likely halving development time AND delivering a product that will thrive for years. It's such a shame, and I'm still sooo pissed at the wasted potential and wasted talent at these studios. No wonder suddenly this generation and most of last seemed like a wash on most of Xbox's first party games. Of you can't get close to making 10/10 games if you're swapping devs every 18 months

Hope 343i know that with news like that they cant pussy foot around, we have been starving on Infinites beta since 2021 and before that was Halo 5 starving from Halos natural gameplay and then MCCs disaster and Halo 4 modern warfare 😅, we want as much Halo as possible, so definitely we need at least 3 studios making Halo games, 343i main Master Chief game because he is only character in the universe, 2nd studio for ODST 2 or flood horror game, 3rd studio make something crazy but Halo, play as a Grunt in the Grunt rebellion against the Covnenant or watch the RISE OF YAP YAP THE DESTROYER 😂😂😂 or a Brute defecting from the Covenant and watching Atrioxs rise to power or an Elite that follows the Arbiter and bring the end of the Covenant........Faction the Storm lol like this game should have all of this as DLC stories after the other and end on 3rd year with its last DLC ending with all the characters together 😅

😏Halo 3/Halo 3:ODST/Halo: Reach were the last worth while Halo games made. Halo 4 was ok and would have been fine if 343 had stuck to it and didn't change so much in Halo 5.
Halo Infinite should have been built similar to Borderlands if ya ask me mainly plenty to do, long ass story line, 🤔maybe a weapons attachments system or rarity system? More weapons and vehicles to compensate for the large amounts of roaming?
There's so many ways it could have been improved upon and yet we're stuck with something people only play for the multiplayer experience. Even then COD has it beat in every way.

I think halo could desperately use a CPU usage optimization, a BTB battlefield large conquest sized map would be cool but I’m worried it’s going to max out my cpu usage more then the actual battlefield game does. Already on large forge maps is my i7 hitting 88 percent usage
I wish 343 can get a development team to make a Halo Infinite developer's cut-like update where they add biomes and animals to the campaign with all the cool weapons. I would also like a Far Cry 5 way to take down enemies like each boss has a section of the map where they control something and the Chief destroys them before fighting the boss. But I don't want a Far Cry 5 ending where all the outcomes are bad, I want a ending where the Chief fights and ends Aritox instead of a cliff hangers an ending. I really wish that could happen.
God, I remember when some lego Halo toys came out early in Halo Infinites marketing cycle and contained a boat vehicle. Kinda made me think Infinite was gonna be more in the scope of a Battlefield game then what we ended up geting :/

Finding out that this is all *cut* content when we originally thought these were things that 343 was actively working on (like the DMR) makes me even more pissed at the 2022 drought in hindsight. Like, they weren't even working on good content, they were just sitting on their asses for a year
Halo infinite is a game that is only fun to play, when you think about it you get just so angry and sad at how much wasted potential there is across the board, could have been a 9.5-10 level halo and instead it's sitting more round a 7.5

Seeing these vehicles, it seems they didn’t release them because the BTB maps were too small. Which is crazy, why make such bad maps to where you can’t even release vehicles??

It was cut so late in development; you can find destroyed Skiffs in campaign (maybe intended as basically a ground-based phantom, imagine patrols of Skiffs roaming the open world!) and there was a Megabloks toy based on it released.
@@fearlesswee5036 ye any alíen vehicle is welcome, I like UNSC vehicles but there's a lack of alíen ones, especially air, how come no one ever noticed the Banshee is the only alien air vehicle in each game (not counting Phantom)
This Content was most likely cut because it made certain 343 producers "uncomfortable" for being too realistic and too scary.

This would've been the content we would have seen in infinite if it actually released with the core features, instead of claiming forge, coop and game modes to be "new" content
Infinite is the biggest wet fart of a game I've ever experienced. This close to perfection... Yet the live service and cut content really screwed it...
Features and content is cut for just about every game. It’s easy to say you’d want this in the game when you don’t have to consider any of the real world limitations.
The Komodo is such a cool idea for a vehicle, there are lots of unique original ideas here it's a shame they were cut. What a disappointment.
