    Thank you so much for all of this info. You did a wonderful job explaining logically with excellent visuals and screen sharing! I am so excited to try your methods. I do wonder what email and phone number you list for each carrier so that the sip at her is getting the email and calls instead of the carrier. Does the carrier have to grant you access to their email? Or do you use your own dispatch company email and phone? If so what happens when the carrier leaves you? How do you handle changing that info for all the brokers? Thanks again!!!

    • @NeverStopTRK
      @NeverStopTRK  2 года назад +3

      Thank you very much for the kind comment. I would use my phone number for dispatching contact and everything else should have carrier's number listed. If the OO leaves you, all you can do is tell the broker to change the number, but chances are that you might have another carrier looking for a load and if the broker calls you with a load offer, you can always find a different carrier for that load.🤫

    Always giving so much value! Thank you Enis. question for you: carriers insured with 750,000 and 1,000,000 - ok to select 750k guy? how does a broker see this. i see a lot of guys with only 750,000. how much more costly is it for them to upgrade? are they successful, in your opinion, with booking loads with the minimum amount?

    • @NeverStopTRK
      @NeverStopTRK  2 года назад +3

      It's really not that much more costly to upgrade to one million coverage. I don't see a problem with going with a "750k" guy other than that some brokers will not work with them.

    • @robcameron8739
      @robcameron8739 2 года назад +2

      My authority is 1 million but fmcsa only requires 750k so that is what is listed even though 1 have 1 million. When I send certificate of insurance to brokers they see I have 1 million.

    Hi, Enis! Thank you so much for great work you are doing. My question is about drivers, maybe it will be useful for others too. Do you set up any agreements with your driver? May drivers refuse to work being employed by owner?
    I’ve just started dispatch internship in one of the USA-outsourced firms.
    All they do they are working with vans, taking drivers from the street and signing not contract but agreement. At the time I’m still not confident in dsptch, all that gets complicated with double-multiple-dispatching, overvalued rates, сonfusion and vacillation of drivers, and drivers refusing to work. I see solution in searching for big owner-operator employer owning its private machine-park. Am I on the right way?

    Ennes don't dispatchers also post their trucks on dat loadboard? So, wouldn't we be calling carriers that already have dispatchers?

    • @NeverStopTRK
      @NeverStopTRK  2 года назад +2

      Hi. Yes, it's usually a dispatcher who would post a load but if this is a carrier that has only one truck, that means it's most likely the owner operator who is posting that load for himself. Also, I wouldn't shy away from companies who already have their own company dispatchers as sometimes they get busy or are short with help, and you could help them out by finding a load for one of their trucks.

  • @elvisalayon3608

    hey Ennis. so I ike the idea of having a load for the carrier but does that mean I should already subscribe to DAT board ? also if I do give them a free load for the first Time and I dont get to hear them again should I continue this process until someone signs ?

    • @NeverStopTRK
      @NeverStopTRK  2 года назад

      Hi, that's really up to you. I heard of dispatchers offering a free week to O/O and after that the O/O just disappears. You can test the waters and see if you are getting any results like that. If not, just start charging right away. You should have a DAT account before you start looking for O/O because it might take a while before the account is set up and if the driver wants a load right away, you won't be able to book anything until your DAT account is active.

    • @elvisalayon3608

      Good Morning Ennis .I think I just start with half the price the first merry go round then charge 5 until I get the hang of it, I checked out the loadborads and I know dat is probably the way to go on the list. is truckersedge dat load board the same company as dat? also they have a 30 day free tria which I think is good to get a feel. do you agree? ty again for taking time to respond . check out ur website for the first time niceee!

    How many carriers or trucks would an independent dispatcher need to have? I know the more you have the more money but also if you have to many it can be huge burden. So what would be a good number of trucks? Thanks for videos and info. Will Brokers work with new authorities if you try to book for them?

    For some reason when I’m on the safer website it does not have that bar with the drop down to the right of Licensing and insurance Public. So where do I go to find the new authorities? They might have changed a few things since this video was made.

      I would say go with 100-200 flyers and they will cost probably less than $100. Check out vista print. They are the cheapest. I would start with dry vans. They are the easiest to dispatch and to learn about. Find a domain name provider and check if a there is already a domain name reserved with .com extension for that company. You always want to make sure you can have a web address available with your company name in it. Also check your state's LLC register and see if the LLC name is available.

    I worked for a couple companies out of Chicago I'm never working for a foreigner company again no offense but I've been with foreign companies were dot comes in there and shut them down because they're doing everything shady like paying guys 1099 and you're not buying the truck that's considered misclassification FMCSA is going after that that's considered fraud
