Guest Room, City View (Four Points by Sheraton, Batam) | Hotel Review

During our recent visit to Batam, we stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. This property is affordable and is situated just minutes away from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Our guest room was modern and well-appointed. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at this property.

Does the hotel breakfast serve freshly squeezed juices? Is the lounge always open? The bar in Four Points in Desaru is not opened at all.

They do serve fresh juice but selections are very limited. You can try and request though. As for the Best Brew, yes it’s open but no one really goes there so staff is usually not there. You probably have to approach the check-in staff to get them to call the FnB staff over to order your drinks and all.
Don’t forget to play a game or two of pool if you’re there just coz it’s complimentary when you get a drink.
