But knowing how valuable is your time, I will dare to offer an unsolicited suggestion:
You could get a cheap USB cable (ore be from a discarded printer, cut off the non USB-A end, strip the wires and then you will have a reusable cable to solder to any thumb drive with a damaged connector. That will save you good 15 minutes and the inherent hassle of trying to rewrite damaged ones like this one.

Hello, can I change a controller chipset with 8 pins (4 on each side, with no marks, wich I belive that carries an Troyan) from a usb flash drive?

When you see other technicians using a microscope as opposed to your type of set up, how easy is it for you to adjust your hand-eye co-ordination ? I’m not in a position to outlay several hundred pounds for a trinocular scope and want to see if this is a viable alternative.
l use a Muscol about $40 and a microphone stand $30

Excellent advice. I found the AmScope SW-3T24Z with additional purchase of 0.5x barlow lens (Steer clear of the 0.3x barlow lens, it's made for the ZW series) - and
AmScope LED-144W-ZK White Adjustable 144 LED Ring Light to have fit my needs for a year now. Total cost on Amazon; $351.94.
I then realized I needed solder fume extraction and filtration. I made my own. A Home Depot 5 gallon pail. 3" Aluminum Flexible Duct. 4 Inch Carbon Filter Air Scrubber Odor Control Air Purifier Activated Charcoal Filter . 200 CFM 4" Inch Inline Ventilation Duct Fan, misc fittings (esp. water heater exhaust fitting) and a switch. = just under $120.
Just starting out is rough. A year in, I'm still thin on customers and setting up equipment. Only equipment purchase regretted so far has been the Hakko FX-951. I got a Hakko FM-203 as my main one now. It is needed for the FM-2023 mini tweezer and heats up in half the time.
Best purchase ever; QUICK957DW = 580W = more than enough power. = under $100. I bought a back-up!

What you have is very sufficient to do any board repair. Only invest in better equipment when you can justify the cost and you feel the need for it. Great job. Keep going.

do you want know where this flash drive memory comes from?they are apple or samsumg ssd failed chips,what are then used in cheap ass china smartphones,if smartphone ssd fails they are used in flash drives instead..

I opened the casing and there is no board or leads to solder
title is missleading you were not fixing broken usb drive, you were fixing a broken off usb connector, nothing more
next time save a lot of time just replacing connectors, you can get one salvage a broken usb drive
