What if my idea is something that someone else can take if they have the right connections and use for their own idea should I get it patented first before putting it out there for trial? Do you have a video discussing this area?
Step 1: choose just 1 idea to validate for a couple of months Step 2: clarify the main result that your product creates Step 3: talk to people who want this outcome (why they want it, what is stopping them from getting it, etc) She gives a few checklist. Step 4: Create a beta version that you can sell. Keep it simple. Minimum viable product, a prototype. Step 5: Launch beta product with a minimum number of sales, maybe 5. Step 6: Personal, direct sales strategies. DM conversions. Tell everyone you know about this new cool thing and ask them to share it. Step 6: Be open to making changed and changing course.
Question: the linked checklist does not appear to be what you describe in the video. You say the checklist goes over what to ask / talk about with the people who want your desired result. (Step 3.) But the link simply lists the 6 steps outlined in the video. Is it possible to add the link that describes how to talk to interested parties? (PS: Love the video! I disagree on using friends on social media as one of the successful strategies for business. Even though this might work in some cases, selling something to your friends is completely different than selling it to a total stranger who has no idea who you are or never met you! At that point, you'll be able to test the performance of your product or service and get a completely honest or brutal criticism if your product or service sucks. Friends or family can sometimes give you false feedback because of sympathy, or they wouldn't want to upset you. Which is why I prefer concrete data from people by conducting surveys about my products on complete strangers. I believe in data testing from surveys rather than social media strategy testing for most accurate results.

Like you said in your video about it being difficult to sell when I haven’t purchased any equipment suck as fryers, etc. My question is how much do I invest into the market research? If I were to sample out let say my funnel cake ideas to see if people would buy them. Does it warrant the purchase of a funnel cake fryer and soft serve ice cream machine? I will solve a huge global need/problem again and let a few thousand people who come first to start as interns and volunteers to have the first careers and jobs we create. The people I want to serve are those who think independently and work in any type of small office home office. I know what the home workers problems and blocks to success are and have already proven my theory. Right now I am working on a 4 week 20 day orientation and training. If you would like to be considered just give me your three top skills in your set. I will get in touch with you privately and see if we make a good fit. I will never be able to write the perfect how to be wealthy coming from nothing. All I can tell is what are the core believes that are common to self made people.
