I suffered for 5 days due to misdiagnosis with subarachnoid hemorrhage, but by some miracle was able to call myself an ambulance on the 5th day and survived ultimately with no permanent damage. Was a pretty intense 5 days.
My belovéd Mother suffered a SSAH on 5 April 2023. Completely out of the blue, no warning. She presented symptoms at 7.30pm with vomiting, intense sweating, a feeling of high temperature, yet strangely, the last thing she mentioned was 'headache'......After what seemed like an eternity, the Paramedics attended and rushed her to hospital, but after interventions, she passed at 11.20pm..Just the way she would have wanted: No fuss, no protracted care...May you rest in eternal peace, Mummy 😞😞😞❤❤❤😔😔😔
Good for you. My mum had it as the man said unexpected, and unfortunately surgery wasn't a success and I had to make the decision to turn the life support machine off
You really are so am I. I lost my sight in my right eye and all my hair had to be cut off. Just happened May 5th and I'm home alone already doing much better than expected but still this recovery isn't easy 😖
Thank you so much for this video. My Mum had coiling yesterday, she suffered a spontaneous rupture. She saved her own life by calling me straight away, the NHS in the UK have been amazing and continue to be so.
I lost my Dad to a hemorrhage when I was 12 years old, he was only 35. He died on Friday the 13th Oct 2000. Completely healthy, didn't smoke, rarely drank, went to the gym 3 days a week, and on one day in the gym, he collapsed, and didn't wake up again. Worst day of my life and I have never gotten over it 😢 i wish more than anything to be with him now I am an adult. Its an awful thing that can happen to anyone at any age.
I’ve had plenty of migraines that have sent me to the ER. So imagine the irony that when I had a ruptured brain aneurysm last year, I didn’t have a headache. I had a bad cold and just before getting into bed, I blew my nose and that’s when I felt an electric shock strike the top of my head and travel down my spine. I had been having a lot of neck pain and thought maybe I had ruptured a cervical disc. I thought about just laying down in bed but it’s a good thing I called 911 instead or I would’ve died in my sleep.
I had an aneurysm burst, out of the blue 5 years ago whilst in the gym. Im lucky the gym manager called an ambulance and made me wait as I just wanted to go home to bed. They found another one and after two operations to coil these I made a full recovery. I am very thankful to the NHS and the Walton Centre for the amazing care i recieved. Getting better was very swift and felt like being born again. I have just had my 5 year scan and don't think I need any more. There is light at the end of the tunnel 😀✌
@@AnkitKushwaha-tg2ru It's just one of those things that can happen. I played a lot of rugby when I was younger and have had head injuries in the past but anyone can have a weakness in there arteries. If they do the artery will bubble (an aneurism) and will eventually burst.
I have SH Aneurysm rupture, I had a surgery in St. Michael Hospital, I remember this 1very Doctor who attended on me just Nov.6,2019, I’m still recovering this time .It take time to get well I feel very bad,
Dr. McDonald is top notch at his job. My girlfriend had a tumor on her brainstem removed in October 2014 by this doctor. She feels better now than she has in years!
I am a survivor and I have traces of future brain haemorrhage due to a angeogram 5 years after my brain haemorrhage. I’m completely devastated by this news
My spouse recently circum to a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage. Neuro surgeons were unable to detect the very small aneurysm for over a week. Meantime, spouse developed vasospasms which resulted in deep numerous strokes and eventually death

Did u fall back then?

If someone has only small SAH , then also they have to go through surgery? Or sometimes in minimal SAH only medicine can work?
I think you do but i aint a doc
Would you guys have to wait for the bleeding to stop in order to move forward to do surgery?
Lol no it wonr stop until u fix it
No they put a temporary shunt in my head as soon as I got to the hospital. Then they fixed the aneurysm.
My mom died from one.
