- Today's Pick of the Day is an excellent white guard Fender Esquire from 1957, that happened to come in as a set with a 1954 Deluxe, which are being sold as a set! As we'd shown off the pair together a little while back when they first came in, we switched it up to have the guitar plugged into a cool brown-face deluxe (which has since sold) for Aaron to play through.

Music: SuperMother "You Won't Go" (Instrumental)
hands down best execution on emerald city guitars
Damn!! That is Awesome!!!!! Really like the way he plays too!!
Killer sound. Love the Esquire. Wow simple as a pimple but tone for days
Esquires sound absolutely incredible, and this one is no exception. That guitar and that amp sounds so good
Oh my........This Esquire and "62" Deluxe are made for each other. Stella tone.
Tempted to sell my kidneys to get that. Was hoping to hear the deluxe though too.
really like this POTD, the perfect combination of guitar and amp in the hands of a great player. thx
I really enjoyed this guy's playing. It seemed less aimless than most gear demos.
One of the best sounding I’ve heard on this channel.. great grit to it
Very tasteful playing !
Hope they paid good for that.those tones are endless!nice demo playing also.that had fantastic sounds coming from it.it needs no more pick ups!
I like this guy playing and that Esquire is .... awe-fucking-some!
Sounds awesome
There is something special about one pickup guitars
As a guitar player I know most other guitarists are particular about the profiles of a guitar but I can pick up any guitar and play it I don’t need specific specs or profiles to be comfortable playing.
I do prefer a wider fretboard but it does not matter to me.
Honestly, and I know I will suffer backlash for this but all Telecasters are designed the same the only difference is the hardware and components.
A heritage Fender or any guitar is great but expensive due to having to refurbish them and they have sound compromise because of the wars of the electronics.
I never was Interested in a Telecaster but when I played the American Pro that was it, I tried other Fenders and Gretsch guitars but they where meagre in comparison.
When I first played the American Pro it sounded the best out of any guitar I’ve playing including vintage guitars.
It is made for the modern player and is fully crafted with the original Fender elements in mind.
I love vintage guitars but for the price and extra costs to buy one I’d rather buy a brand new Fender for much much less the price and get a fully untouched or warn guitar which meets the needs of today’s players.
If I had the money I’d buy vintage guitars but I wanted something which I would not have to worry about any extra needs or expenses and which would last a lifetime without needing any work.
Plus the American Pro was a limited line and where only produced for maybe five years so they are someone less common and you can’t just go into a store and buy a new one now, plus they are the last guitars so far which are still mainly made with Ash and Alder sadly rather then Pine.
I have never had such a great guitar in my life and i did not intend on buying one I wanted a Strat or White/Black Falcon but the ones I played did not meet my demands and the sound and tuning where off to me and was hard tune.
The American Pro Tele was totally in tune and other then the hum had a incomparable sound.
Love the American Pro original it’s a marvellous.
Rip, my, heart out.
That sounded excellent through my truck speakers, cranked.
Great Video without the exception of that bloody fade in fade out thing!!
I'm a lefty that wants the vintage mojo and sound. Any suggestions???
Thats how u demo....i dont need 5 minutes of distorted playing....i want to hear the tonal nuances of a instrument and this guy gets it.
What do they use to get rid of the 60 cycle hum all three different videos..lol
Nice video! Could foi tell me the width of the nut and string spacing, please? Is it a V neck?
Gosh... the misplaced comma in the package price made my heart skip a beat.👀🎸👀
I think the demo player is Aaron Hiebert.
Love the way he plays! If his name is spelled Hebert.......it is pronounced “a-bear”. Hee bert?
Aaron Hiebert.
It a german version Hiebert Pronounced he-bert, the french version is a-bear.
Makes sense now. Thanks!
That thing drips vintage vibe and tone, but PLEASE fix the misplaced comma LOL!!! MY OCD is going crazy. You mean $23,500!!
Now if you can only find Syd Barrett's esquire.
Sisters got it.
And a cigarette burn!
Looks exactly like Luther Perkins guitar
Schwing !
Just take the damn rings off dude. Your killing me
I would get it and cut a hole in the pickguard to make room for a nice humbucker. How cowboy would that be? Lol.
Russian Bot 😂😂😂
So you're sticking with that terrible lighting?
