I bought mine here in Holland and I already knew that it was gonna be one of my favourite pieces. The quality is great. I had no flaws. I personaly think Salvatore Ferragamo is a fantastic brand. I think you just got unlucky. Definetly worth the price imo.

Okay , so the thing i think with the back of your buckle is like a vintage look almost maybe or something idk . But i shop off ebay (yes i make sure its 100% authentic new with tags not used because i pay $200 not $500 no point to pay $500 i can get it for $200) and i got mines flawless , buckle was extremely clean , strap was perfect to the last spec. I plan on getting another one , as i did get the bigger buckles that just pull and slide off, i will be trying to get something like this where its a claw grabbing one , and i can tell you how that goes. But i havent had a problem yet . I think its better to shop off ebay anyway as you can always get money back guarentee,and you actually see the product prior to buying it . These websites just show what a computer made and then they send out what they make . With everyone getting designer now and days , they have to produce alot more at faster paces , so some can mess up here and there . Yes i agree you should get a perfect to the last detail product , but theres just always something that can go wrong and you just have to think of the worse before it happens so you can expect it . If i was you , you couldve probably complained and got a fresh new one made for you .

I’m looking to by my first high end belt for a summer wedding up by Lake Michigan and if anyone have any suggestions please comment down below. I’m not trying to bankrupt myself but I can do around $500 US dollars for one. Let your boy know.

I think you got the fake belt. A lot of detailing in the packaging doesn’t add up. Ferragamo belts are timeless and I am glad that a lot of comments on your post disagrees with you. Make sure you get from their site before making unnecessary reviews
