Keep in mind that when Chase says you want to own equities given the bullish tailwinds, not all equities are equal.
We could see the Dow outperform the Nasdaq this year, especially if Donald Pump gets back into office.

Have you thought about Japanification of US stock market where we may go to a decade of no growth. We still have some growth because of AI spending, but as a software engineer, I think current AI won't give much value to investors except giving them empty bags to hold. Current AI is too costly, in terms of salary, data centres, and current processing chips are not designed working with big data. I dont see growth after AI hype. What do you think will drive the growth after AI capex? Budget deficit?

Liquidity matters most, if not 2 trillions in reverse repo conservated from covid pump we would not have all these rallies and new ATH. AI was there for years but pump didn't happen till fed total liquidity started to rise. As a beautiful story that could be sold in future pumps I think could be robotics, quantum computing and space travels. Robotics and space travels were tried to be on hype in 2021, maybe there will be another turn especially when fully functional android can be built and replace human. for qunatum comnputing I don;t think w had a true hype, people tried to tie this to nvidia hype but it seems it failed because all main quantum stocks are destroyed now
add to this the increasing valuations, the rising money supply and deficit spending/tax reduction from the last 15 to 30 years, which all can not go on forever, The Economist had a title two months ago "The End of the Bull Market" where they addressed all that

I have two questions that i didnt understand your take on. Since you think NVIDIA is probably going to 670$ do you reckon getting out of semi conductors stocks/etfs a wise decision? AND why did take off 20% of your position in Energy (source: twitter) when you think oil demand is high leading possibly to higher price action?

I took 20% off energy just to build some cash
and i think Semi's will finish the year higher than they are now, i would recommend DCA'ing into positions and sitting thorught the volatlity - becuase i could be wrong and then you miss the boat. add exposure and wait and the nadd some more later

Yeah some people have multiple incomes, so when there's a bear market they just redirect some of that extra income towards investing
