AVOID These San Diego Area Cities and Neighborhoods

Why does she describe incorporated municipalities, like Vista, as "neighborhoods". Also, in the chapter headings, La Jolla is misspelled as "La Hoya." That one seems easy enough to fix.

Absolutely avoid Cardiff / Encinitas, there is much crime and homelessness in addition to no sidewalks in Cardiff for strollers
