- Joan Tollifson writes and talks about the ever-changing, ever-present aliveness of Here / Now, that which is obvious, unavoidable and impossible to doubt. She has an affinity with Advaita, Zen and radical nonduality, but she belongs to no tradition or lineage. Joan explores nonduality in the context of everyday life, drawing from her own experiences with addiction, disability, and other human issues. She has been holding meetings since 1996 and is the author of Bare-Bones Meditation: Waking Up from the Story of My Life (1996), Awake in the Heartland: The Ecstasy of What Is (2003), Painting the Sidewalk with Water: Talks and Dialogs about Nonduality (2010), Nothing to Grasp (2012), and Death: The End of Self-Improvement (still in progress and slated for publication in 2013). Joan has lived in California, New York and Chicago, and is currently living in southern Oregon.
Explained so simply, and getting a glimpse of it.
Without that mombo jumbo of many nonduality speakers.
Thanks Joan

la mera verdad
Only your perception of what is happening here and now, happens without effort (more precise it is not needed a conscious or voluntary effort).
What is happening here and now it is not an effortless happening . It is the result of millions of humans effort .
Only existence doesn´t need effort to exist.
