For Hachiko it was a mercy and a Blessing that it nur einmal gibt. Do you have any idea how this dog have suffered? He had stomachcancer and heartworm. When Hachi died, they found pieces of sticks in his stomach. If the stomach and the intestines are going to digest the food that he have ate that day. How did it feel? In that time the vets couldn't do anything to heal him. Howmuch pain must he have had. That dog went through hell. Thank God that he is released. A Japanese journalist recorded a scream from Hachi, I saw it in a video and I was shocked. Poor Hachi. Professor Ueno would have cried his eyes out, if he new were his beloved Hachi went through. Thank God Hachi is free now.
My mother saw Hachiko until his death in 1935.
At the end he was very weak, but she recalled he was a boss of a group of stray dogs and was quite strong. I didn't watch the video but I heard recorded voice of Hachiko. It sounded sad and I thought he was missing Dr. Ueno. There was a veterinarian who took care of him. I hope he wasn't suffering much. What my mother remembered was he was wagging tail and very cute! Thank you for your thought.
@@hachikouniverse6401: Hachi was strong as a bear. An Akita Inu has 5% bear in his dna. They were breed for the war by the shoguns. It is an old breed. The scream, I think Hachi was in severe pain when he cryed out. Your mother have seen him, I wish that I had seen him, but I live in another part of the world, the Netherlands and I am too young. Point is, don't think too lightly about his suffering, because he must have been through hell.

@@hachikouniverse6401: if I ever get the money, I go to Odate and Tokyo to visit Hachi's city and maybe the place where he is been born, his statue, the museum, and his tomb. Sorry that I was a bit hostile perhaps, but that was mostly because of that German song, that is no succes.

For this reason the dog never forget to remember and love him owner
