- people have been asking for games where i play against someone on my own skill level and try to sweat as hard as possible, so here ya go. this is basically a 1v1 between me and gxdzpeed (faded gawd) which i know lots of people have wanted to see, so here ya go also

Not just side characters, but that they're the equivalent of the marines or grunts in the main story... just cannon fodder, lol.
People wanted to see these two have a match for a while, but I guess they just needed to wait for matchmaking to make it happen.
Inviting into a custom games lobby is a lot faster

@@devongee1776 Having less people isnt a disadvantage. I had many games where we won cause we had 1 or 2 leavers.
Even big team battles.
@@threedog27 leavers and afk aren't the same thing. If you leave, then your character isn't there to kill over and over again for free. And when you're a GAMER like this dude and you know the spawns, you know where that free kill is, full-time. Having an afker is a disadvantage by definition. It's a free point for the other team to keep capitalizing on. Leaving is the opposite, now there are less points to go around on one side, and in BTB, that's significant, because you can pick people off or have a higher likelihood of getting into more fair of fights whereas a leaver in a smaller slayer map will often leave you in 2v1 or more scenarios, fairly often. Less help is bad for good players too. Means less bait and less information.
@@devongee1776 Sometimes leavers can save your game and sometimes you will mess up.
In BTB map controll is key. When the enemy team starts stealing your vehicles and weapons than thats it.
In smaller games a leaver is also one Player less who will take a power weapon and fuck it up.
I think a good player can clutch a 1v4 game. Halo is a very fair game when it comes to balancing.
What sets me a bit up is the vast majority of really bad players, especially in h3. I have constantly games with mates which score a 0,1 kd and shit like this.
I hope Infinite will have a better Matchmaking.

It’s 1230am, I’m sitting on my porch and literally yelped when that shot connected
it's weird, but as a competitive pc gamer that was pretty standard. The opponent was visible on screen for several seconds and was moving at a fixed trajectory so it's super easy to put the crosshair in the right place, and if you slow down the gameplay you can see that despite that he wasn't aiming at the right place either, suggesting either lag or bullet magnetism to be responsible for the frag.

Now that was a fucking match. It didn't really matter who else was on your teams, you guys are on such a higher level it's insane. I also like that you guys have different playing styles. Gxd plays more tactical and conservative while you play very aggressive and clean. That's probably the best gameplay I've seen.

Oh, it mattered who was on which team. Faded's teammates got 23 kills combined while Fatrat's got..... 3. 3 fucking kills and probably 40+ deaths. Rat would've had a much better chance of winning if they had no teammates whatsoever

FatRat won most of their exchanges, and Recalityy clapped Gxdzpeed in a 1v1.
At about 2:10 into the game you insta-sploded a sticky off his frag, which is impressive on its own but if you threw your sticky because you heard his nade, that is an amazing heads-up play.

Just in case I’m missing something, Red Team only had three players, with one of them apparently afk the entire match.
Sure, Rat’s team might not have been good, but they were at least *there*, applying pressure.

@@woodybeastin They still served as active, if ineffectual, threats that took up Red Team’s collective attention, and the afk player was being regularly farmed for free kills as well.
@@jacksonscott3667 They did nothing but give the enemy team points, very few of them actually did damage, I was once playing a Swat match and my team was getting demolished, 14 to 35, I had 12 kills on my own, after all my team left the game, I was able to turn the game and won because I could kill 2 or 3 enemies for each time I died, Teammates that only died without at least help with a kill are just giving points
Having said that, teammates that also distract or damage enemies are helpful, but in this case I think they were more a liability than help

This is the best halo 3 gameplay I've ever seen. That mad rampage you went on towards the end was about as close to ultra instinct as a halo player can get.

It’s so hard to describe the vibe this video gives off. It’s like every time you killed one another, it was polite. It was a friendly kill saying “you’re doing great man, thanks for the fun!” If I came across someone who matched me as well as you guys matched one another, I’d feel pleased every time I got killed by them because I knew they earned it and they were making it exciting. Hope you play a lot more with this guy

Some people do, I see a lot of the same players when I play this game, just not a big enough player base anymore. You’re gonna have a bunch of casual players like me getting matched with people who play this 8 hours a day all the time haha. I don’t think he purposely “feasts” on noobs either.

Great Game, It looks like that was your first match and weren't warmed up until towards the end of the match. It also just sucks that you didn't have any help from your team mates.
