Wish I would have been around an hour ago just pull the skid plates off then just the bottom a arm hinge pins then it's just 6 screws to pull off bottom bulk head and your in almost as easy as the x max thanks for not giving up on the revo I still have a lot of fun with mine
It's not hard to adjust those dual servos so that they are working together instead of fighting each other. Having a single servo is not a good idea on this rig and outsourced rc made a video showing the difference when using a single savox servo versus running the dual servos in this rig it makes a huge difference in its steering ability.
I see u still have those traxxas black aluminum turnbuckles, what rod ends do u have on them and do u think someone should go with the four turnbuckles or two in the front and the RPM true tack kit in the back. I heard the rpm kit has issues with the pivot balls popping out. would it be less of a headache to deal with that or stripping breaking rod ends? also would there be a simple soltion for the pivot balls popping out like screwing them down tighter or aluminum hubs? Anyone?
Johnny Boy diff holds up well on the e revo 2.0 i have had mine for 1 year now and no problems and kev uses the self righting that is not good for the diff
Kev you always say modified the arrma is better but that's just it you have to mod the arrma just to bash it not the revo why would anyone want to spend 500 bucks on a rc car and have to spend another 2 to 3 hundred dollars just to bash it we are not all rich like you kev revo only brakes 1 to 10 dollar parts not the hole chasse and shock towers not to mention the crap transmitter by the way where is pat lol

When I am cleaning a rc diff i use a air compressors and a tooth brush and soap it makes it easier to clean and get in small spaces.
I like working on my RC almost as much as driving it, especially putting on iodized parts. Good totorial KT.
Can you make an update on the E Revo 2.0? I'd like to see all of the mods done to yours
The revo front and rear diffs seem ok to get to it’s the center transmission that looks like a pain in the arse
