    What does the stop and start help with and what does the jab steps help with

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  7 лет назад

      Helps with your fast twitch ligaments -- gets them fired up and your body ready for that type of movement. The jab steps are similar, they get you loosen up and ready to make those fast movements.

    For the pound over pound drill does it matter what speed that you dribble because when I do this I tend to lose the ball

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  6 лет назад

      Always go at a speed where you can control the ball, over time your speed should steadily increase.

    In general do NBA guys and college guys pound the ball their hardest while playing in games

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  7 лет назад +1

      Not always but when they are making moves or are in traffic they pound the ball to speed up the dribble and minimize the defender knocking the ball away.
