Helps with your fast twitch ligaments -- gets them fired up and your body ready for that type of movement. The jab steps are similar, they get you loosen up and ready to make those fast movements. - Joe @ TeamEGT

why does my handle feel so loose after i haven’t hooped in a day. usually my handle is pretty tight and quick but some days , it seems like i haven’t played in a month. tips? i’ll try this too

1. Pound the ball in game situation (30 sec/side)
2. Pound over pound (30 sec/side)
3. Pound, inside out, pound, cross, pound, between, pound, behind (30 sec/side)
4. Pound with activate feet (30 sec/side)
5. Cross step and same foot stop (30 sec/side)

Yes, you can do this every day, and I recommend doing your skill workouts before strength training.
