Quick & Easy Vegetable Stir Fry | With Lamb| Nigerian Spinach Stew

This is a super easy spinach stew recipe with Lamb. It goes well with plantain or rice
To boil the lamb (cut into strips)
1/2 tsp + a pinch of salt
1 tsp curry
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1 small onion (diced)
170g/6oz spinach (chopped)
1/2 tsp knorr powder/ all-purpose seasoning
a dash of garlic & ginger powder
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 small tomato (diced)
1 small onion (diced)
1 scotch bonnet
