Hi Joyce just came across your channel. Love love your video series . I can watch your videos all day. You are so refreshing to watch. I'm a Canadian born Chinese and will be retiring in Thailand early next year.
Hi Joyce! I am a Thai-American and I really enjoy hearing you speak Thai. It gets me motivated to sharpen my Thai skills for my upcoming trip this November! Please speak more Thai in your future videos.
if u crave for good western or burgers, there are a lot to good places. try breakfast storey, goodburgs, prime burger, mad cow. but you should try Custard Nakamura and Rung Rueang pork noodles.
The weather is hotter than the past few years. Because of global warming (El Niño) and will continue to be hot like this until next year Please maintain your health by carrying drinking water with you wherever you go. to prevent heatstroke And another tip is to wear bright or light colors, not dark colors like black. Or dark blue (navy blue), etc., because these dark colors will absorb sunlight. and absorb heat The more it heats up several times than before.
Thank you, Joyce. I was also in Bangkok alone at beginning of Oct and feeling the same. Your video resonated with me and inspired me. If you really want something, you will find a way to get it. ❤
Joyce glad to see you back, your channel was missing you! Grateful for the info on learning Thai. Not an easy language to learn but if one lives in Thailand, I believe it is a must! Really like your faves to your Japanese, Korean, burgers double down on Ramen, Dim Sum, Chinese and Filipino. You have a gift to be able to talk to people and make them respond and relax conversing with you. I do want to see more of your vlogs! You are never alone 35K watching you and growing! 😊
I’ve been living in Thailand (and struggling to learn Thai) for the past 4 years. Your Thai is so good! It motivates me to study Thai more seriously haha. I really enjoy your videos hopefully someday I run into you and get interviewed 😂
"Jodd fair night flea market" Have you ever visit there, yet? It near on the corner of Rama9 road intersection with Rachada road, behind the central Rama 9 building.
You know the best thing about Bangkok is that it's still a developing city and yet it's already this amazing, crazy how it's already the world #1 most visited city when it's not even 50% of its full potential yet
Vlog in Thailand myself moved here 3 yrs ago live within the thai community in Northern Thailand , bit different to bangkok I wish I could have moved here when I was younger but my dream has come true absolutely love it here Love travelling going to laos next week then Vietnam in November All I can say is enjoy your time here which I'm sure you will And same as me keep vlogging although I must admit you sound better than me on film Enjoy life❤
Wow, I was just there a month ago. That little bridge goes over to Central point hotel where I stayed for a month. I want to go back with a longer-term visa as well in January. keep up the good work stay optimistic, and good things will come your way.
Thai really are very friendly but most of us just not that good to speak and listening English because Thai school mostly focusing on Gramma(which is super bad), we almost never speak English in class or in real life until we are in the age of 20+ or graduated from university or until we in the work life so, most Thai people always shy to talk with foreigner, the conversation usually short 😂 if you able to speak Thai just a little bit, it will help a lot to break the ice and make conversation much longer and also to make friend with us😊.. anyway i will looking forward to see you sing a Thai song someday 🧡
Hi Joyce, Nice to see you back after 7 days , been waiting for your video. Its always nice to see whats on your next video. Yes your Thai is coming along very well. If your looking at doing videos on other people, just walk up and ask them if there interested . But you spend more time in coffee shops and food places. Maybe you should do food blogs on different places, as i know you love your food hahahahaha
There is one quiet amazing little forest park in Wat Patumwanaram, right next to the Siam Paragon. Would recommend you yo rtop by for your video there.
@@joycehysin there's an awesome street food burger cart on sulumvit on one of the sois between 7 and 11, it's right outside a red hostil on the corner. You have to ask for beefburger because of you all for hamburger they will take it literally and give you a pork burger.
Hi Joyce, great job on your channel, on our World United 3 week coast to coast adventure from Cali to New York I tell our International students that they need to arrive with only a carry on and a backpack, and they arrive with two or three huge suitcases! You moved to Thailand with just a small case and a backpack, I’m hoping someday I can have a video made that gives ideas and suggestions on what our students should pack so they can survive the 3 week road trip! When they arrive to New York after the trip they can do their shopping and buy the large suitcases to go back home. When we start our Thai program, we want them to arrive here with only back packs as well!
Joyce น่ารัก. I see that alot in your comments! Nice thing about Thais is they won't judge you but take you for yourself so no need to be self conscious.
