I've started a RUclips channel exploring food in Vancouver and hopefully around the globe. Let us take you on an adventure to find some of the best eats all around!
My name is Stephan and I am based in Vancouver, BC, Canada... I was born in France but then moved to Canada very young. Growing up as a kid, I developed a strong passion for food through the aromas of my Italian, French and Canadian family kitchen. As I grew up, I had the privilege to be able to travel to many places which further cemented my inspiration and passion for food around the world!

Eating Pakistani food my whole life but watching videos like these makes me amazed how tasty this whole cuisine is.
as swede with pakistani friends i've tasted alot of Pakistani food and frankly it my fac cuisine. its the perfect blend of spices and meat.
As a half Pakistani half Irish, whose had plenty of Pakistani food, I'm blown away how authentic this food looked. I literally thought I was in Lahore watching this. Also great video man you earned my respect even going for the Achaar in your bites. I'm from Montreal by the way

Pakistan may not be the most cleanest country in the world, but our food is definitely the best in the world, and you have to try it to really know.

He's not Pakistani so chances are that he won't know all the rules and regulations about eating that cuisine. The point is he paid for the food and enjoyed it, so that's all that matters.
Nobody said he had to know the “rules and regulations” lol... all that was mentioned in the comment was an observation which is great to be pointed out. Others trying the cuisine might think that’s how it’s eaten and this comment only brings clarification. Nothing more and nothing less don’t read too much into it.

cheers from Pakistan, it seems like Canadian Pakistani made authentic Pakistani food, personally i don't like spicy food we make locally but majority like it so i guess that's why they make it spicy low spicy kabab/tikka with low spicy rice, the epic bread is my fav. anyways its good to see some Canadian also like it

You did a great job, but you need to take small bites of puri with halwa or chickpeas. You can mix that pickle with chickpeas but do not mix it with halwa.
Always take small bites of Naan, Roti ( flat bread), puri etc.

Damn u ate so much of the pickled chillies and green mango its actually called achaar. Its VERY strong and u just need a touch of it per bite cuz its si damn powerful
The best and traditional combination of this breakfast is grab a bite of Purri(bread) have some Halwa in it then dip this bite in Channa(Chickpea)

I am glad you like our cuisines its full of taste spices and aroma but there are some rules as some dishes with curry and gravy are eaten with Naan and some are eaten alone like biryani with raita only and haleem is eaten with spoon or Naan but anyways enjoy it like we enjoy you eating

i am saudi i eat the Pakistani breakfast chickpeas and sweet and Paratha here in saudi arabia cost 0.80 less then one dollar without pickle and the other things you have there food is delicious my favorite Pakistani food is Paya i think they have strong body because of there food

as much as i appreciate your gesture to our cuisine. i might point out i will never eat like that. its like eating pizza with pineapple or ketchup for italians. we eat one puri bite with either one of halwa, chickpeas or achaar. not mixing all in one bite. and size of achar u used gave me heart attack. this achaar is so strong, its used in small amount like wasabi with savory item ( channa or aalu bite)

Great you call it pakistani food , lot of western covers pakistani flavour under Indian banners when its a sky and earth between vegitarians and pakistani meat specialities . Even lentils are completely different recipies in making and different in taste .

Learn to eat the Pakistani way by dipping the naan into Nihari and wrapping the beef with naan using hand.
its Seekh kabab the long one its not Shahi kabab, Seekh is an iron rod around which kabab is wrapped thats why it is called Seekh kabab some people also call it Sheesh kabab.
