@Mohit, I'm surprised you can get the Quebec license without any address proof. But even if you do, once you stop living in the bnb, your address will be your brother's house. Check with insurance company because if you get a lower premium, incase you need to claim insurance, they will then do their checks and your insurance might be invalid. Better to check before hand.
