It’s ok to be angry, it’s ok to be mad, but at some point whatever happened to you have to be a life lesson for important and not self destruction . At some point you have to say What the devil meant for evil God meant for good.
Stepping outside of your brokenness really opens your eyes... inside of it all you can see is LACK!! Lack of love, lack of strength, lack of determination, lack of opportunity, lack of confidence...I could go on. Outside of our brokenness ABUNDANCE is waiting. I believe we have ALL been there in having the "I have the right to" spirit, most of us rightfully so, but it's a stop on our journeys, not our final destination. We don't have to live there, moving out is a CHOICE, so is staying there. I remember hearing when I was younger and analogy about dented can goods...they still feed people. We've all been broken but God has placed a gift and a purpose for the gift in each one of us. When I went through my divorce I thought I was done I was married 20 years, but I know if God wanted it to work it would have , I had to understand that God had better and I had to walk in that anointing and power he gave me. Today a year and a half later I’m the happiest I have ever been . That divorce didn’t have power or victory over me!

Don’t remain defeated. I love that Tony! God has the victory! It’s so easy to repeat things in your mind. Your mind can bring you down to where you didn’t want to go. Telling your story is very therapeutic. We all have a story. Be a overcomer as Christ is our redeemer. There is joy in overcoming adversity. You have to develop it. Work on you and realize that what overtakes you can only do it for so long because you allow it too. MLK wrote letters from jail. He knew he would eventually have to give his life for the cause. He didn’t allow that to stop him. Through the stop 🛑 signs of life some with run them and most will continue to go through them correctly . Don’t let adversity stop you. There is much to be learned going through the red lights of adversity. This is something we will all ride through. We just take different roads and methods of transportation to get there.

Well everyone handles their past hurts differently. I just learned to be good to myself and not care what others think. I did the good woman for a man and all it has gotten me was disappointed, and pain and depression from men. So I don't expect nothing from no one but from myself.
Brother Tony, I have a testimony. I went through a separation 13 years ago and that pain elevated me to higher levels of success that I never would have imagined. I took that pain and followed God’s instructions to go back to school and get my Masters degree. I work for the county and did private practice as a therapist. We could choose to go the negative way and be stuck . I took that pain to elevate. God gave me unimaginable success…❤ you are 100 % correct. With pain I succeeded ❤
