@@pea36ok I didn't know that we switched from GMT in the winter to BST in the summer which is why I confused, but that's probably more a mistake on my part lol the more you know!

0:50 adding that half wall with the roof has just solved 99% of my sims problems and I'm eternally graceful 😭
I am DYING waiting for this pack to come out.
My family used to have a serving tray that we would never use and lean against the wall. We have these weird thin plastic cutting boards so we don't lean them against the wall but a lot of my friends do and When I had my first apartment last fall I did that because of you XD
can you make a tiny build using discover university and the new pack? like a loft with several bunk beds

You're such a stunning builder! Love this so much. The cutting boards are perfect, I have multiple up against my wall as well. ❤
I watched Dr Gluon play and he set up an easel and painted paintings to decorate with no problem.
My Sims have the wall cutting board just over one of the stoves (my Sims have two ovens with induction stovetops, a gas stove on the island, a pasta arm, the Cool Kitchen knife rack, and the Cool Kitchen spice rack)
Pausing the video to comment that yes, I do in fact have cutting boards leaning against the wall, a set of three different sizes. They're against the wall behind the sink, otherwise they'd slide down the counter lol
In my of my decorator gigs, my Sim put an easel in the client’s house and painted some pictures for their walls. 😂

I have loads of cutting boards in my kitchen. Though I keep them in a counter, where I keep pots and stuff. Though I do often have at least one cutting board out on the kitchen table.
I always have cutting boards against the wall. Usually they’re sandwiched behind/next to something and the wall
Don't worry about the range hood. Kayla put it over the fridge a few days ago when she redecorated a kitchen.

If you refer to the dogs/pets from cats&dogs, then yes, there are wiener dogs (I make them a lot in cas)

How well does the new kitchen blend with the Island living kitchen? Ive wanted wall cabinets for it that kitchen for so long 😅 Or the modular cubes and the island living 'kitchen shelves' 🤔 Looks like they'd blend really well 🤞🤞

Whenever I try searching for the build it only shows me other houses that you made. So do you have a tray file for the build?
when you but the stovetop on a counter you are still abell to use it like counter space (sorry for bad english i am norwegian)
how i make the light come to the house from the windows in the sims 4? I don’t know if I explain myself very well but like, when you show how it looks the roof window you can see in the floor the light, how I make that in my simis 4?
Light comes through the windows automatically in Sims 4. The "sun" in game also shifts position depending the time of day. When you are in build mode there's a button you can click to switch between different times of day so that you can see how your build will look at different times of day (morning, afternoon, evening, night). It's at the top of the screen, & looks like a sun (or a moon at night). Best time for taking screenshots is usually afternoon, sometimes morning. If light is not coming through your windows... I'm not sure. Maybe if you have your graphics settings very low it doesn't do this or maybe the windows are on the wrong side of the house?
I LOVE your builds but I wish you did interactive play for the screen shots
How do you move things like that, like the outside dining rug how you adjusted ever so slightly?
Hold down the alt key and rotate with your mouse
Also works to move things do they don't snap to the grid

I can guarantee you that you can place items from your inventory in their houses when you renovate then. CallMeKevin did a gameplay where he literally ruined their entire house and then got rid of the junk in his pockets... worst thing, the sims loved it 🤣

Hello fellow simmers I’m trying to build a mansion but I suck at floor plans any tips y’all can give me will be appreciated!
start with the bedrooms and add bathrooms, hallways, sitting rooms, etc from there! also you could do what lilsimsie does and lay out test furniture to see if the layout works! good luck
You could try finding real life floor plans on the internet and using them for ideas/inspiration

Why is it that everyone has done the sunken in exterior recently
i think everyone’s just excited to have split leveling with the new platforms, it’s a lot easier with them than using the foundation trick we used to have to use
