      Hi Charles and Thank You!
I use Linux and the installer for the scripts places them in the GIMP Script Folder so they are added to the GIMP menu for me.
If you're using Windows you can copy the scripts to your GIMP Script Folder or tell GIMP where to to find the Scripts.
Here is a link that may explain it better:
      docs.gimp.org/en/install-script-fu.html
      I hope that helps.

@@tinkerzlab the folder that you created, that was inside of the Gimps Script Folder then. I believe you said that all your add-ons you keep in separate folders. Thanks for all your help and guidance, sorry if I confused something. I'll be searching your videos. Charlie

@@charleskallay5484 Yes, that exactly correct. I believe you can put them anywhere as long as you add the folder to where GIMP should look for scripts.
It should add the Menu after loading the scripts.

Hi, many advise against the use of these plugins because some of them don't work on Gimp 2.10. It is true? Is there an updated version of Foundry for Gimp 2.10? Thank you

Hum...I'm using GIMP 2.10.18 and GIMP is working just fine with these plugins.
I haven't tested all of the plugins so I don't know which ones don't work.
The latest version of the plugins I'm aware of are the ones in which I provided a link.
