Magalang, mahinahon at mapagkumbaba ang mga mayari ng bahay bagamat nakikita mo ang karangyaan ng kanilang pamumuhay. Patunay sa sinabi nila na ang mga ninuno nila ay tahimik lang at pamagkumbaba. Sbi tuloy ng husband ko, Ang hilig hilig ko dw manuod sa mga vlogg nyu. Cguro dw bmblik ak sa lumang panahon,o bka dw reincarnated ako. I just smile and say, kng myaman lng ako,gusto ko mgkroon ng lumang bhy at titirahan ko. I always reminish the past. Don't know why!

These houses had mediterenean influence popular architectural style in the early thirties to forties and looses it's popularity in the fifties when the indoor outdoor living style was introduce through publication media and television as well as in movie setting in holliwood film better known today as the mid century architectural style.the lion symbolizes royalty , Prestige and illoustrious family. It's a symbol use by Spaniard that the establishment belong to Spanish Empire or a Family knighted by the king of Spain In ayutamiento in Intramuros this restored goverment office recreate the two golden lion in front of the grand staircase. Sana ma feature mo rin and two building na ito and Ayutamiento de Manila at Palacio del Governador complete with historcal info. at itour mo rin kami sa loob.

Filipinos are basically of Chinese decent....so I find it odd that many have Spanish names... like Miguel Lopez...... just a curious observations on my part....
Why does the filipinos have spanish names and surnames it is because we were under Spainish rule for from 1571 to 1898….that is why there is so much Spanish influence in pur culture..
Not all filipinos have chinese descent but majority yes , we adapt spanish name because we are heavily influence by spanish culture and we are also under spanish rule , and yes even some mestizo de sangley ( chinese mestizo ) adapt spanish name specialy those who convert to christianity

The Spaniard hispanicized the surname of most natives in the Philippimes including chinese I myself is a mix race Filipino Spanish Chinese Indonesian and Spanish Moor. In my Grand mother side in motherside she was a Chinese Mestiza my great great grand father is a chinese from Amoy China their surname when they migrated in the Philippines was Yap it was changed by the Spanish Friar to Sore when they were Christianized so many Chinese decent in the Philippines have Spanish surname because when they are Baptised they were given Spanish surnames. If you want to make further research on this topic go to Google. Type history of Spnish surnames in the Philippines unchristianize chinese in the Philippines still have their Chinese surnames which still cling to old Chinese tradition. So they still celebrate chinese new year and still worship traditional chinese deities
