  • Hello!
I'm Reiko Fujii, a culinary researcher.
This time, I will introduce "Plenty of condiments! One-pan peperoncino with canned mackerel" ^ ^
This is a recipe for "one-pan pasta" that can be made with just one frying pan.
Peperoncino with plenty of canned mackerel flavor
Topped with green perilla, myoga, and green onion condiments!
One-pan pasta is an important point to adjust the amount of water ◎
To make it easier to eat, please hold it in a bowl with some juice remaining.
    【material】
Spaghetti (1.4mm)・・・200g (I used the one that was boiled for 6 minutes)
    A. Olive oil ... 2 tablespoons
    A. Garlic・・・a clove
    A.Round red pepper・・・appropriate amount
    B. Canned mackerel in water・・・1 can (use 190g solids per can)
    B.White wine・・・2 tbsp
    B. Salt・・・1/3 teaspoon
    Water・・・550cc
Olive oil (for finishing) 2 tablespoons
    Aojiso: 10 pieces
    Myoga... 2 pieces
    green onion・・・2 to 3
    [Preparation]
    ・Slice the garlic.
・Shred the aojiso, cut the myoga into thin rounds, cut the green onion into small pieces, soak in water for a few minutes, and drain. (★)
    [How to make]

Put A in a frying pan and heat over low heat until the aroma comes out.

Add B (if you are using a can of boiled mackerel, add the juice together).

Add water and when the whole boils, add spaghetti and boil according to the specified time.
It's best to have just the right amount of juice remaining at the end of the boil, so add more if the amount of water gets low.

When the spaghetti is cooked, turn off the heat, add olive oil (for finishing) and mix.
When the whole is thickened, put it in a bowl, put the star on top, and it's done.
    【point】
・When making one serving, use 300cc of water.
・If too much water evaporates while boiling, add more as needed.
・If you touch the spaghetti too much while it is boiling, it will become slimy.
・We use 190g of solid mackerel per can. If the amount of cans increases, such as 100g x 2 cans, the amount of broth will increase and the salt content may become stronger, so please adjust the amount of salt.
