Anatoly is a big motivation! He really proved me right! You can be extremely strong without having to build so much muscles that are going to fade away as soon as you mess up your diet or workout plans.
Dont forget "brother"...it matters soooooo much if u use the correct technique to train your muscles...because there is always "the best and most correct way to do it,but people choose the easier way...but after some time one will be in pain for the rest of their life and one will be a winner ✌️ i hope this makes sense 😊
