lp.constantcon... Mike Reno of Loverboy doesn't know why he kept his strong pipes but there's a lot of gratitude there. The singer shared some interesting stories with us including the band showing up for a gig with only 100 fans in the audience - How did the boys react? Check out our exclusive chat with the voice behind Loverboy.

Mike and his bandmates have been true gentlemen for over 4 decades now. They still play because they love what they do and are not driven by ego or the desire to turn a quick buck. It's too bad that more musicians do not share the same ethics and appreciation for their fans. Keep it up Mike!
Mike Reno is incredible ❤🎀❤
Great interview. He seems like a very nice guy!
Mike is a hell of a guy! Viva Loverboy!
Fun interview. Great guy.
love your thread my friend..
Love U! Ur a great guy, Mike!! Bravo LoverBoy!!! ❤😊
Love ya Mike from Saskatchewan ❤️
Saw Loverboy when they opened for Kansas back in 1981. Saw them again in 1986 and they were the headliners.
Also saw them 1981 with Kansas at Notre Dame. No clue who they were. They became my favorite band saw them live at least 10 times
Great voice.
Awesome video
I saw Loverboy at the Norfolk Scope in about 1986, it was jam packed with about 20,000 people and they rocked the house down, sounded even better than the records it was awesome
omg, 100 people. The Austin show last year was packed to the rafters.
i just got a glimps of a mention of loverboy in Nashville Tennessee only by looking up some songs by them, like strikezone
When Kiss played their first gig, there were 4 people in the audience. They should be glad there were 100!
All industry too. Maybe Genes mom made it!
If u ever want to talk to mike in person he's at the coffee joint on granville street Arimagos every morning
Some constructive criticism? The loud music playing behind the interview makes it where yo can't hear the person being interviewed. I really like Loverboy and I couldn't hear him very well. Disappointed!
I agree!
100 People That K What Real Talent Is..
Never liked the band but I do have respect for Reno and the rest of the band.
i never been a fan but im sure that songs are cool.
Audio on the left side only, couldn't hear what he said with that bs background guitar on the right one.
same thing happened to prism Tabak told me the promoter screwed up only 50 people showed they took request and played anything they wanted to hear
if only 100 fans showed for a loverboy concert, thats proof they didn't advertise enough, at the right time of the day on local radio stations from 3 to 6 pm when those fans are getting off work.
Turn me loose!!
he knew he could sing when he got all the ladies and lots of money.
Mike Reno got intimate with my left ear just now... Learn how to pan.
Use it or lose it ( voice)
That's because no one knew they were playing..
