Polvoron is a Filipino shortbread cookie made with toasted flour, powdered milk, sugar, and butter.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups All Purpose flour
3 Cup Full Cream powder milk
1 Cup white Sugar
1 Cup melted Salted butter
PROCEDURE:
Toast the flour in the frying pan over medium heat
Stirring continuously until light brown in color approximately 10-12minutes
Switch off the heat this time then add full cream powder milk
add the sugar, then add the melted butter.
MIX WELL.
and your all done
