I thought of an interesting "Pokemon of every type" concept. What if you did Alcremie? They use items associated with the types to evolve rather than the candies, giving them new types and forms. I immediately thought of the fire type referencing creme brulee, and then the ice type can be ice cream! Not all of them have to be "cream" based, like a mud cake for the ground type, and maybe even a rock candy form for rock that has a candy shell. The possibilities seem endless! I think it would be similar to the Sinistea line and the many forms people have made for it. I think it could be a lot of fun!

For psychic i think gardevoir couldve been a really good option to move away from all the gen 1 or psuedo legendaries. bonus being a more feminine mimikyu and matching gardeviors actual typing.

I feel like you picked the inspirations based on what are popular in OUR WORLD, instead of what would be popular in the POKEMON world. With Pikachu being in the canon inspiration, I think Mimikyu will copy any Pokemon that will be popular to the demographic of trainers that likes Pikachu: young boys and young girls. I think Mimikyu will be looking for trainers that are more affectionate and cuddly, even if it can't really do that due to its dangerous powers.
